Front desk staff were friendly and efficient in their duties. The physical building looks like "they" are in the process of fixing things up. "They" have a long way, however, to go. The room I was assigned had a comfy bed which was a highlight and the shower was hot. The security latch on the hallway door was broken off. The patio door would lock but needed a security bar. The walls in the room had numerous holes and spots where other things had been fastened when the room was configured differently. In my opinion the room was not worth the $100+ I was charged. The hotel was difficult to access because of major road reconstruction. The area itself is sketchy, for sure.

Room was clean. Bathroom was neat and clean. Some upgrades have been done and evidence of ongoing upgrades are evident in untidiness in halls. Room needs a good coat of paint through out. In wall temperature control was very noisy. Shut it down part way through the night but room was very warm with it off. Would have been nice if we were told about the ongoing construction of road in front of the motel and how exactly to get into it.

Beyond basic.

We were on the lower level and it’s not a nice part of the hotel. The doors are all different colours and half of them looks like a dog was scratching at them. The room had wallpaper coming off the wall in numerous spots. The walls had stains on them. The baseboard was missing in some spots and heater is falling apart. If it wasn’t late at night we would’ve left. The bed was clean and TV was newer

Looks like they have been doing renovations in the hotel. The room itself was a nice size. Bathroom was okay. The counter & sink were too low. Would have suited a short person. Shower was okay. The beds were somewhat comfortable but squeeky. Kept us from having a good nights sleep. A little disappointing.

- The hotel itself looked rundown - the Room door wouldnt open or close easily - i was the first to shower and i had cold water then it would fluctuate to warm and then bck to cold while it was cranked to Hot - AC unit was louder than a human snoring

This hotel was filthy. Took forever to be greeted. Hallways did not appear to have been vacuumed in a long time. Room stunk of cigarette smoke. When I spoke to the front desk and asked them if other rooms would have the same level of cleanliness, he said "what are you expecting? The Four Points by Sheraton?" I was at the hotel for a total of 6 mins, and they refused to give me a refund.

Just needed a bed for an early morning. The place does need refreshing. Looks tired.

We had no hot water in our room to shower the next morning.

Arrived on a Saturday night. There was a family in the lobby drinking tea and eating so we got the impression it was family owned and operated. We were surprised to walk down a dirty hallway to our first floor room to discover the room reeked of cigarettes. Fortunately, the people at the front desk quickly changed us to another room on the second floor. There was no elevator so we had to lug alot of luggage upstairs and use the 1 luggage cart the hotel had to get to the stairs at least. The next room did not smell of smoke and was cleaner but there were no towels. I obtained thèm from a staff member walking by. The good news is the beds were comfortable. The whole experience was uncomfortable, made us uneasy, but to be fair they were booked solid with sports teams and university students who came for homecoming. There is a mall accross the street and restaurant attached to the hotel. You have to pay for breakfast. There are better options in London, including breakfast, but everything was booked out so this gave us a bed for the night. The outdoor pool did look to be maimtained but the general poor state of the hotel meant the $ 200 a night we paid was way too much. Hoping to get our security deposit back soon.

The rooms were filthy. Had to move rooms since original one had plastic bags and duct tape filing holes in the walls. The room had black mould in the bathroom. Outside was covered in garbage and litter. Scary scary accommodations, if I had been alone I wouldn’t have stayed.

Room was clean comfortable and quit When I asked for additional towels was told they were not available till next day Windows were filthy and garbage was strokes all over yard was embarrassed to let people know where I was staying

The trash bin outside our room was overflowing with garbage littering the parking lot and outside our window. The windows layed with filth and crude finger drawings. The sewer seemed to be backed up: being unable to drain baths, leaving a horrible smell throughout the entire hotel room. We needed to keep the bathroom door closed. During and after our stay we were left itchy and found a bunch of black stuff on our skin and then found a bug on the clothes we had laid on the bed. We did not remember to take pictures as we were exhausted from driving all day.

Upon arrival after I worked a hard day I was told my room was on the second floor and there was no elevator I had to carry up two bags and I have mobility issues and no one offered to help me the hallways were very dirty from the day that I arrived to the day I left two nights in the hallway there was the same garbage left in front of rooms very disappointing

Rooms could be cleaner, floors can use a good mopping.. hallway can use a good vacuuming.

I found the hotel was somewhat run-down and the floors in my room were dirty. Staff was okay, though the check in girl was slow and hard to understand.

Dirty, poorly maintained. I arrived no hot water available and wasn’t supposed to be on for my 2 day stay. Could not do anything because I purchased through Expedia. I called Expedia, they were nice but couldn’t get a hold of management. Expedia said they would get back to me and never did. Won’t stay there again. Won’t use Expedia again

Hot water didn’t work. Room was dirty. Writing on walls. Hall floors not vacuumed. Outlet didn’t work. AC didn’t work.

The room wasn’t bad, bed was comfy. Bathroom had seemingly signs of mold around the edge of the ceiling hidden by wallpaper. No bathroom fan so I can see why. One of the two room I got had no cold water. They gave a $25 discount for that off each room. Hallways looked like they’d never seen a vacuum, just stuff every where and checkin was super slow at 1am when we were the only ones. But the bed was comfy got a great sleep in that respect.

I didn't like the fact that I had no hot water and nobody would do anything about it!

Hotel needs an update. Mechanics, rooms, a/c’s, and a coat of paint around the lobby.

I contacted you many time … it was dirty and no hot water during all the duration I tried to get refund to book another hotel I didn’t get response from you and Days Inn Terrible experience… I will never book through ever and I will never recommend you to my enemies

So dirty. Homeless people living there. And washing clothes outside. Garbage everywhere and the hallways smelled horrible and looked like they had not been vacuumed in months

I wish I had read some of the reviews before booking this place. The staff were friendly enough, but the condition and cleanliness left much to be desired. What annoyed me most was the lack of any hot water! I travel to London quite frequently and will not be staying here again.

This property has no hot water and it’s hard to enter into the property from construction. There’s a lot of garbage that they don’t clean up around the property.

This hotel is terrible. I made the mistake of booking a night there without first checking the reviews. BIG MISTAKE! The poor reviews are quite accurate. The hotel looks decrepit. The amenities are old and unkempt and generally dirty. The carpets in the hallways are really dirty, and the surroundings are littered with debris. There was no hot water and I had to bathe with cold water. Electrical outlets are grossly inadequate in the room. Unplugging the fridge to free up an outlet led to a mini flood in the room as the fridge thawed a few hours later. The balconies are connected, so, my room's balcony sliding doors can't be kept open nor could I open the blinds due to privacy and security concerns as other hotel guests can just walk right by or into my room. This hotel is not worthy of the Wyndham name (or perhaps this is what the Whydham name has become?).

There was no hot water at all, and bugs in light and flys flying around in room, Staff members were kind and gave us a discount for the non hot water, This is a normal hotel that my family says at so it is disappointing this has happened.

Don't book this hotel. It's very dirty and old.
