Staff was very helpful in helping me to extend my stay and to make sure I earned my points for my Hilton Rewards program. In fact, all staff I encountered were very helpful and pleasant. Also, I was able to do my laundry. Very reasonable. $1.50 to wash and $3.00 to dry ($1.50 for 25 minutes).

Friendly front desk, very comfortable room and bed. Only thing that could be improved was that the mini fridge was in an awkward spot and you had to basically crawl on the floor to get to it, but maybe it’s because the king suite in the corner room was set up differently than other rooms? Idk, but I’d stay here again.

This property is close to I 90, so light sleepers might find conditions less than restful. Beds were comfortable The building seems tired and in need of a re-vamping. The carpet in our room looked like it was stained with ground-in tar. On the plus side, the woman running breakfast was friendly, engaging & welcoming.

check in is supposed to be 4 PM. We got there at 6:30PM and had 2 rooms reserved but they were not ready. They told us they only had 3 housekeepers because one had an emergency. We had just driven 5 hours, one of us was sick and the our son had just graduated from the Marine Corps boot camp the day prior so everyone was exhausted. We had to load everything back in our car, and we went to eat. They told us when we got back that they had the rooms ready 15 minutes after we left, but it was still a huge inconvenience - it was 2.5 past check in time. The A/C unit in one of our rooms literally fell completely apart and the rooms were apparently facing a busy road because all we heard all night was traffic. In addition, I chose to "pay at property" but my credit card was charged earlier that day, way before check in time and I would like to know why.
The general manager refunded us $20 per room for the late check-in incident.

We stayed at the start of our trip and then again on the way home. The hotel is in great condition, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was very good! It is convenient to I-90 and there are many restaurants nearby.

The room wasn’t the cleanest and had a musty smell. Grout in the floor was dirty and the bathroom walls were not in the best shape.

It was spectacular, comfortable, and a HUGE variety of breakfast as well as the staff were extremely kind and everything was amazing. Best Hotel I have ever been at, as well as it's extremely clean and tidy, and not only that, it was quiet and great the whole night, if I could I would rate even 10/5.

The stay was good. I ordered an handicap accessible room due to recent hip replacement surgery. However, the water ran out the door of the bathroom. A lot of cleaning up the floor as there was no housekeeping for the weekend until checked out.

We were not happy at all! The sheets didn’t fit the mattress, the shower did not work right we had to call maintenance to get it fixed. We went down for breakfast and they were out of everything. I asked for help at the desk and she said that the breakfast employee had an emergency and left! Overall I would rate it a 2 out of 10! Would never recommend it!

We liked the hotel, some staff, coldness of the air conditioner, and location. We did not like the very rattlely/noisy air conditioner nor the repetitive food options at the breakfast buffet (there was lots of food but mostly the same meat options--never saw bacon once but had turkey sausage 3 times in 4 days).

This is a very nice hotel, but if you stay here you want a room on the front side away from the I-90 side as the highway noise is nearly constant. Other than the noise we were very pleased with the hotel.
