The hotel was nice, clean, well stocked as far as the amenities. It was a quick stay, but I’d definitely come back!

This is a great hotel- with very personable professional staff. The manager circulated through the breakfast area, asking guests about their stay and their plans for the day-a nice touch. We also noticed that all the employees seemed happy to be there and that filtered through to their attitude in dealing with guests. No one seemed to have an attitude.

Good location. Friendly staff. Clean room in excellent condition. Only concern was that towels had a musty smell. But bedding was fine. Would stay here again.

What I didn’t like is it’s located it’s near in a shady area, we’re I don’t feel comfortable and safe. But aside from that the place is clean all of the amenities are pretty nice and maintained. My second time at the hotel and still my top list to book whenever I visit Charleston

Short and sweet! All employees very courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great! Only negative…Coffee was not so good. One urn was cold.

The staff is the best part of the hotel. They were gracious, helpful, and accommodating at every turn. The rooms were nice enough. Overall, a good value for the price.

They were having problems with the elevators If you have hard time, walking is very difficult and inconvenient. I think we should get some refund.

We stayed for three nights and it was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was maid service was only every other day. I guess we could have gotten fresh towels but just hung them up to dry. The breakfast was very good. Pithe best for any hotel we have ever stayed. I miss their breakfast am going through breakfast withdrawals. 😀 I highly recommend this hotel.

Both elevators were overheating and shutting down so we had to use the stairs most of our stay and we were on the 4th floor. I was told that check-in starts at 3pm when I arrived at 3:30pm expecting my room to be ready. Also the front desk person had a disposition on annoyance and attitude upon me inquiring why the room wasn’t ready. Fire Ants invaded my car while I was parked in the shade directly across from the side door closest to the pool which was a nightmare. I literally cleaned my car out before coming there then had to go dollar general to get ant spray and go to a car wash just to vacuum the car afterwards. The ice machine didn’t work on the 4th floor. The pictures online deceive you into thinking the room is bigger than it actually is. None of the housekeepers spoke English . Anytime I tried to ask about toilet paper, clean towels or which floor the ice machine worked they said “no English”. How the hell did they get a job if they no speak no freaking English? What is happening with Hilton? I could’ve had a V8, better yet I should’ve stayed at a Marriott property. I’ve never had any issues with them . No one offered me a complimentary item, nothing. I’m never staying here again.

Was rated very high when we booked but overall, it didn’t match up to the expectation. Property appeared to be badly managed. Although looking good on the first sight, elevators were not running throughout our 3-night stay, staircases were not cleaned, pool area was overgrown with weeds, noisy right next to Interstate, breakfast was out of almost everything (even toast) by 9:20, … Very disappointing.

The best thing about this hotel, was the staff. They were kind, friendly, and helpful.

Our room and the staff was amazing. The only issue was when we parked the first night of our stay our car was invaded by ants, the maintenance man was right there he went and bought bug spray. He sprayed the car but when we went yo leave we still had a issue.

Very bad ended up in the hospital for walking 4 flight of stairs all weekend no elevator out of order all weekend

Amazing staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Only one elevator and it was down some but we were only on the second floor so not too much of an inconvenience.
