Fun 1950s decor with the graduate as the theme. Fun colors, Interesting artwork, Nice pool and hot tub.

Hotel is okay. Great location by campus. Older hotel that has been updated but needs a new update. Not a lot of food or car options nearby. Restaurant inside has limited options.

Hotel was ok. Bathroom was old and dirty. Tile was unacceptably gross.
Carpet in room was old gross and wrinkled.
My shower failed this morning as I was running out the door. No cold water so it was basically no pressure of scalding hot water. Could not shower before my business meeting today will not be back to this property.

This hotel looks very dated with the low ceilings so it felt a little claustophic in the hallways. My room didn't have any hand soap by the sink so I had to reach into the shower when I needed to wash my hands. There was extremely limited counter space, but it did have some shelves to put items on which helped eliminate the problem.
I ate dinner in the onsite restaurant on Friday evening. The food was delicious but it was pretty pricey for a side salad and 2 taquitos ($25.00) There was only one person working both the bar and table tops so the poor girl was running like crazy. The live singer was nice to sit and listen to while eating dinner.

Great location. We love staying there. Wonderful customer service. They go above and beyond. Carpet in room was old and wearing out so they need to probably replace. Comfortable beds and daily room cleaning was nice.

The stay was decent overall. The room was clean, but the hotel could improve by offering more amenities like a complimentary coffee bar or free bottled water. Additionally, I found the beds to be a bit uncomfortable.

Hotel needs to do some serious renovations and upgrades. Shower only has hot water and when trying to get it cooler goes to cold. No in between. The pipes were loud. No phone outlets. Only 2 accessible outlets for plugs only. Shampoo/conditioner was low. Told front desk but they never came to refill them. Restaurant has poor service and food menu is not appealing. Tables needed to be clean. Will not go there again.

The front desk staff is very helpful and kind. Room is nice. Liked Mailin + Goetz products very much. Second day of my stay the cleaning was nos made entirely (missing water, coffee service refills and my bed was not made only superficially). I loved the blanket flag

The hotel needs a once over. We love Graduate Hotels in general but this one was tired, AC was mediocre and the elevator broke down. It is right next to the dorm we were moving our freshman into and was super handy that way. Staff was lovely as well but there are better options until the give this one a once over.

Bitten by unknown bugs during our stay. Outdoor patio balcony was flooded from the window AC unit run-off and was unsuable. Lots of loud vehicles/motorcycles rev down Apache Blvd at night.

The A/C blows directly onto the bed. Room is way too small. Furniture is damaged and worn. Bad caulking in the bathroom. A single towel of each only. There was a mini wine bottle from the previous guest on the floor under the desk. The elevator was beat up and smelled. I would not recommend this property!

Property was fine if not a bit dated. Housekeeping only made up room once out of three mornings and didn't put the sheets on correctly. The fitted sheet either was too small or turned the wrong direction. I kept waking up due to it.

The hotel was well-maintained. There was always someone cleaning, polishing or vacuuming. A really caring friendly staff was always at the front desk. The restaurant served a delicious hamburger ! It was a good three night stay for me and I will be back. I highly recommend the graduate in Tempe AZ

I have stayed at two other Graduate locations and like those staff was wonderful and out going and the vibe was fun and relaxed. However, this is an older property that appears to have been re-fabbed to become a Graduate. I expected a lot and I found pealing paint and wall paper throughout the facility. It was still a great time, and was very child friendly for my little. But was a little less put together than I am used to with this brand.

This is one of the best hotels to stay at in Phoenix. I stayed here every single weekend the month of May and I have to give a huge shout out to Mario at the front desk. I was so happy to see him every weekend as I knew I would get exceptional service each and every time. Mario went above and beyond every weekend with my check ins and checking out, all requests were immediately taken care of with such a positive attitude and his welcoming aura was just as appreciated as much as the hotel itself. Anytime I get a chance to stay at a hotel, it'll always be this one by choice due to the amenities, room size with balconies, great wifi and amazing staff! Not one complaint and I've stayed here on plenty occasions! THANK YOU SO MUCH MARIO!

Always like the artsy feel of the lobby and rooms. But the housekeeper left hardly any toilet paper and no ice bucket. Front desk promptly brought up TP, but the ice bucket and cups I asked for later never came. Their quality & service has slipped since the last times I have been. But still very good overall.

It is a fantastic getaway for a show at the Gamagge and a comfortable night at the Graduate. We'll be back!
