Food wasn't that great!! But for the price was fair.

Cleaning staff left the front door open one day n balcony doors open the next. Wifi was awful. Shower splashed water outside of bathroom n run to hallway everytime we’d shower. Very slippery. One pool. Only bar open at a time. Not many drink options.

Great property to stay, however adults only means that only the rooms are adults not the property ;) . Buffet was plenty of food but not the best. Show was awesome. I'd stay again.

Toilet in the bathroom was leaking from the bottom. The shower was leaking from the top. The mirror was never finished when replaced there’s holes around the mirror and the wall they charge me for towels terrible terrible they couldn’t even explain the charges to me. Terrible food I will not come back or recommend anybody to come back.

There was really only 1 restaurant available to serve mealss for breakfast and dinner. So our stay became very redundant. The entertainment talent was a delight. Those dancers are truly talented performers. The 1 restaurant that was hyped up to be exclusive and required reservations on the day of was nothing to rave about. It was mediocre food. We had to move rooms due to a leak that I discovered while blowdrying my hair that could've been a serioius accident. The new room was by the noisy street and the bathroom had torn up shower curtains. The whole hotel has cracks in the walls. Not much to do on the property and the private beach is so tiny. The driver that dropped us off on the first day which we asked about the beach club Niru explained that we should just walk out to the beach and that the whole beach area was ours to enjoy. Once we sat down we quickly learned that it was not true and could've been duped to order food and drink that was not included so we were removed from the area. My husband and I have been to Cancun and Puerto Vallarta at various all inclusives and have enjoyed various resorts but this was by far the worst experience.

Dress Code to dine in Special Restaurant it’s ridiculous they told me that the stones on my dressy Sandals were not big enough to their standards!!!. The reservations person told me that if I was really interested in eating at that place I could go buy shoes that fit their standards. Very disappointed

Note that this is not beach front. You will to take a shuttle to get to the beach club and beach. You also have to take the shuttle to eat breakfast and lunch. Dinner you will take a the main hotel. This was my biggest complaint about the stay. Shuttles come every 30 mins.

Staff is overall very attentive. I disliked that you were limited to where and times you could it. "All inclusive" should allow ypu yo have snack/dinner options regardless od the time and here that was not available. Water slide closed after 5 when everyone was coming back from the beach club since their last ride vack to the hotel from the club was at 5. Could benefit from more love entertainment and maybe some.music in pyblic areas.

We enjoyed the pool but we were sad because the slide was only open at a certain time and mostly closed. Our room was nice but we didn’t enjoy walking up the stairs when the washer and dryers were on because it was so hot in that area.

The food was all buffet style and the quality was average. I did not like the fact that I had to go to their beach club for lunch and to have access to the beach. That was an inconvenience to me. I really enjoyed their nightly entertainment thought. I don’t think I would be back.

It’s a really nice place to stay. The food was pretty good in the buffet. If you arrive early, they will let you hang around, but they won’t give you a bracelet to use the facilities, which was a bit frustrating. We traveled all night, got there at about 10 am, and they said we couldn’t have bracelets until 12:30. The place doesn’t have a way to pay other than all-inclusive, so we had to just go waste time for 2.5 hours. It was a bad first impression. I mean, how much of the breakfast buffet hits the trash every day? Quite frustrating. After we got the bracelets, it was a great stay. It’s recommendable. There were other things that were a bit frustrating, but overall, it’s an affordable and really nice place with very comfortable rooms and nice entertainment. It was worth the minimal inconveniences.

As soon as I register, I did not feel welcome, I was given two cards that I had to exchange for towels in order to go to the pool and/or the beach, and if lose them I had to pay to replace the cards and / or the towels. When I was given the key for the room again they said that if the key was lost I had to pay to replace it. I went to dinner on my first night, and there were a few waiters, I had to wait a long time for my drinks. I had the opportunity and move to another hotel, on my check out I had to wait, as they had to send someone to check the room, I guess they thought I was going to steal something from the room. Once they checked I was able to check out. I do not recommend the hotel.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay at the Binniguenda Hualtulco & Beach Club in late March 2024. We recognize there are higher end hotels in the area but it is the staff at this hotel that we love and really make the difference. Plus the beach access at the Niru Beach Club, an extension of the hotel, was outstanding and so beautiful.
This is our second stay and we made it a point this time to watch all the evening shows. Great performances by the dancers! So talented!
A special call out to Sylvia, our omelet cook; Freddie, the Niru Beach bartender; Oliver, the main hotel bartendar; Ulysses and Rosa, the wonderful hotel lobby receptionists; Jessica, the dinner greeter and food server; Raul, the manager who went the extra mile for arranging breakfast before our early plane departure and Jose, Carlos and Santiago too. And especially, Julio, at the front desk, who upon arriving remembered us from last year and was always so hospitable, friendly, and courteous. Such warm and loving smiles by the staff. Our thanks to you all!

The food was average, liquor selection is 4th class, mix drinks were Slurpees. Didn’t like the fact that you had to get a shuttle bus to pool by the beach and they kick everyone out at 530 to head back to the hotel.

Poor quality food, lack of variety, sewer smell in the room and several public areas of hotel, dead bees around the desserts and flies all over the buffet trays. Bug in a blanket, dirty containers where food is prepared. Be aware that infinity pool is not onsite and you can access it only on certain hours and van transportation, so might be hard on knees or back if you have a bone problem or you have to walk 10 min in the heat of Huatulco. I got very sick from their food on 3rd and 4th, had to go to a doctor and general manager didn't approve any refund. They didn't care, never was able to talk to him in person, they only care for the money by the way is expensive for what you receive. I am a frequent traveler and never had an experience like this, so keep in mind this review when making your reservation. I stayed 5 days and also Canadian people said the same about disappointing of the pool not inside the property. Also noisy as the bar is in the middle of the hotel, so don't expect to be quiet after 11:30pm. The area around the hotel has many graffiti on old properties that are vacant.

Very clean and well maintained. Super quiet and staff were excellent. My only knock on it was at noon sharp you had to checkout and remove bracelet so charged for any drinks/food (very expensive) if you have to wait for a late afternoon flight.

Excellent location close to Santa Cruz Beach. Easy walk and get cabs. Staff are friendly. Beach Club is absolutely beautiful. Very enjoyably stay. We did upgrade our room which I do enjoy there. Basic rooms are decent there as well. The food and drinks needs some work but over all one of my favourite places to stay in Huatulco for the money.

We had left to stay with our friends but forgot my winter boots in our room. When I went back to get them they were gone. The one little girl at the desk was not at all helpful and I didn’t feel was being at all honest with us. I had to return to severe cold weather with no warm boots.

Nice facility. Loved the pool area.,Convenient shuttle to the beach club. Staff were fantastic. Huatulco is very safe, clean and has great beaches.

This is a great resort for a cosy comfortable stay if you want to avoid the big mega resorts.
Rooms are basic and clean. Pool and area is fine with a fun little water slide.
With the exception of breakfast. Just avoid the food, it’s barely passable. A correction that needs to happen. The bar doesn’t open till 11. Which is fine except that you need water and juice and refreshments while sitting by the pool.
There is a small water cooler to fill
Your own bottle with warm water which isn’t really great.
The beach club is fantastic, clean and convenient. Freddy as the server Wes’s juggling bar tending and serving and he was amazing at it.
All things considered. I will go back. Just never to eat.
