Very nice hotel with great location, friendly staff. Fitness center leaves a lot to be desired (only treadmill, bike, rower, and single pair of dumbbells) but there are a few gyms nearby that are day or week passes that are quite foreigner friendly. Oh and the breakfast is 10/10.

A good hotel to stay. Staff was nice. Room was cleaned. The bathroom was comfortable and with a magnified mirror.

Everything Was excellent, but not perfect. Excellent Location, cleanliness, decoration facilities, attentive staff in general and great breakfast menu buffet. Improvements: * The coffee can improve a little even though I can’t understand that coffee machines have their limitations. * One of their midnight Representative seem, disorganized and didn’t really wanted to help with our water drinking request. * Converting two twin beds into one king bed is not the best bed solution for a married couple. We prefer a one double bed instead of a two twin bed converted to a king bed.

Convenient location next to main station, though not the nicest area as a result. Gym and sauna are tiny and require reservations, so unless you’re lucky and no one is using it then it’s useless…

Perfect location to city Center, friendly and helpful staff

Great place to stay. My room is very large and the bathroom was beautiful and spacious. I had requested a shower not within a bath tub and I was given a wheelchair accessible room. It was great. The staff were fantastic and on the morning I left, Rosa from the front desk helped me across the road to the taxi rank wheeling my large suitcase for me. That gesture made this stay even more incredible. Breakfast was available at €13/day but was reduced to €10/day if taken for the whole stay. I felt very safe in the area. It was not far to walk into the old town. Across the street in front of the Valencia North station was the bus top for bus #35. This bus takes you to Ciutat De Les Arts I Les Ciencies (the City of Arts and Sciences). I fell in love with Valencia. It is a magic place

I was in Valencia for a business trip, and the choice of the hotel was spot on. It was very clean, the staff were helpful and polite, and I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended, great value for money!

My first time in Valencia and just a one night visit (for work) so not much to say...But this hotel was in a brilliant location, just across the road from a metro station with a direct line to the airport. The room was immaculate and the breakfast was lovely.

Hotel was convenient for city locations and transport. Staff were extremely helpful, especially in trying to procure our Boarding Passes and in suggesting places we should see. Room was pleasant and quiet and bed comfortable. Room cleaned and towels changed every day. Breakfast had a wide variety of food and service excellent.

The hotel is nicely located and the rooms are nice. We lost power two times during our stay and got stuck in the lift. Not a disaster, but as someone who does not like small spaces being stuck inside the lift for 20 minutes (in 40C*) not knowing how long we’d be there was an uncomfortable situation. Tried calling the reception the entire time we were there, no answer. Then when we got out of the lift and I went up to the reception to tell them what happend I was brushed off and told «these things happen». Yes, they do, but when they do it is the hotel’s responsibility to handle the situation in a good way and give a sincere apology. Will definitely return to Valencia, but will not book at the Zenit again.

Hotel is fine, if overpriced for what it is. The balcony is nice and the main benefit is the central location near to the metro. We did not try breakfast there are cheaper options nearby. When we stayed the metro was closed which was disappointing.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. The exterior is a bit understated and the location feels a bit sketchy at first in the one direction. However the interior is beautiful, the location otherwise is excellent with access to the old town and transportation. Very walkable to all the tourist sites.

Hotel location right next to railways is great. The hotel and staff were lovely. Breakfast buffet was delicious and well presented. When next in Valencia we will be back, thank you.

Very convenient location, across the street from the North train station and three blocks from the main square. It's not IN the historic district, but about a 15-minute walk away. Buses, cabs, and the metro are steps away.

The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Valencia. Walking distance from the shops, restaurants, cafes and minuits from the Metro and main train station.

Short notice overnight stay due to flight delays. Clean comfortable, well stocked bar. Staff friendly and helpful.

Good location steps away from the city center and close to the train station. The hotel is nice and our room is large enough for two. Thw internet and AC worked well. The staff was friendly.
