Carpets and furniture were dirty in all areas. But the bed was comfortable with crisp fresh sheets, so that was a win.

The pool was the perfect temperature to spend time with our grandchildren first thing right after breakfast. Lots of choices for breakfast. Staff was helpful. Very close to the legends!

Stay was ok with a few mises. There was no remote in our room so we couldn't watch TV (too tired to go back down and wait in line, etc.). Bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine and toilet seat kept falling off. Was just looking for a good rest while traveling and bed was comfy enough. Woke up to falling snow and breakfast was good.

Spent 3 night with my family, place was good. Nothing fancy, well maintained. Friendly stuff, I would definitely go back.

This hotel was disgusting. The hallway was not clean and then the room was worse. Dirty, couch had trash and crumbs on it with a rip on the top, walls had stains and screws stinking out of it, carpet had stains, bathroom door had a hole in it, shower smelled like mold, the main room door had a two inch gap and you could see in the room with the door closed, the pool only had two lights working in it. It was a total dump.

Property is dated, we were greeted with a friend staff member at the front desk, check in went smooth, room was fairly clean, need to relocate to different room due to A/C not working. Complementary breakfast was very very basic and the same daily

The staff was great. The bed was really comfortable. When we got there they had lemon infused water Love it, but unfortunately it wasn't available in the morning. The hotel is an older building, but kept pretty clean.

I enjoyed my stay and the 24 hour endless coffee while in town taking care of an ill family member for a week. The staff were all friendly and accommodative. The hotel is tucked into a little nook in town, and the area seemed clean and safe. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning, shower pressure, etc. everything worked just fine. I'm not a breakfast person and didn't partake but others seemed very happy with the selections when I went down to get coffee and make my morning trek to my auntie's care facility. The only drawback was that the room smelled like dog, which I was able to acclimate to quickly, but others may not. In my opinion, since it is a pet friendly hotel, most should understand that animal accidents happen, & the carpet isn't shampooed between visitors, so wear slippers or socks & everything's great. I plan to stay there again when returning to town within the next few months.

The hotel was quite clean and front desk staff were super friendly.
The only downside was the noise level of the hotel. The walls are very thin and we could hear the conversation of the room next to us. You could also hear people outside in the parking lot too.

Hotel is nice and conveniently close to the facilities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a broken toilet handle in our room called the desk about it and Georgia responded quickly and transferred us to another room

When you hit the lobby there is a smell that hits possibly mold smell. The property is low quality and does seem to be well maintained. Not to the point you could not stay in a pinch just would not stay there for any length of time.

At midnight I observed this: People smoking weed by the front door, people drinking on side patio, manager smoking out front on the bench. The room freaked of smoke. And was dirty Kind of a scary place to stay. I went elsewhere even though I had a room they would not refund.

The beds were comfortable and the room itself was spacious! One thing I didnt like was under our bed it looked like there was no carpet - there was a huge part cut out, I dont think we were meant to see it but when we got there the bed was positioned in a way that it was very noticeable. Also there were not many shower amenities like other hotels I’ve stayed at where a full shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided. Other than that it was quiet and the room cooled well which was nice since we stayed during the summer!

Our room was very nicely laid out, clean and spacious. The checkin staff was courteous and kind, and accommodating. My only issues at the time of checkin was my husband attempted to use the lobby bathroom right next to the checkin desk and the bathroom had overflowed and was in the main guest hallway, and they didn’t even notice it. My husband informed them during our check in anbout it. And I noticed the next morning it was still there. It wasn’t cleaned up, they just stuck a wet floor sign in the middle of the mess/water. And I guess the internet service isn’t good in this area, the room tv operates on streaming only, there’s no basic cable selection. So during the evening you wasn’t able to watch any tv because it was in a constant loading status of the basic tv services (Samsung tv). Outside of those issues, nice experience, quiet area.

Room was ok, a little crowded with the chase lounge and coffee table set up. Worst part was the difficulty we kept having with our room keys not working. Breakfast was hot and well stocked. Bed was ok, quite soft. Hotel was overall pretty quiet. Friendly staff!

Great check in! Room was clean and had a plug-in, which I loved for.the effort! We didn't have a remote for the tv, which was idd. We had to switch out 2 different remotes and even the second we had to rig to keep batteries in place. The shower head was amazi! However, their shower curtain barely stayed in place, too short. Plus, found out hard way water faucet was backwards with hot and cold. Breakfast was decent but no one around to get milk for cereal.
