Location was good.

Everything else was meh.

Breakfast was good.

The rooms need some TLC. Our fire detector was missing with cords showing. The bathroom was not clean- hair all over the bathroom- shower, walls, door, floor. The beds are very uncomfortable. Very disappointed for this to be a Hampton- especially how nice of a location it’s in, it needs some attention!

the ac/heat didn’t seem to work properly. had to keep adjusting it. wish there was a always on setting for the fan to run.

The front desk people were not friendly. Forgot and item and they wouldn’t look. Called the next day and got a pleasant person who helped and found it.

The only thing about this property was that it was next to a barbecue house and within a mile of my destination.

I didn't like that there was no fire alarm in my room. It was just an empty hole in the ceiling with wires sticking out. I didn't like that there was a AC display mount on the wall that was non-functional. Turns out it was on the floor by itself with a buttons and when it was turned on it made a god-awful squeaking rickety sound that made it hard to sleep. I didn't like that the bathroom door was chipped at the bottom and filled in with whatever filler they used it made the door look ugly. I didn't like there wasnt a deadbolt on the door so I didn't feel safe when I slept. Check out was at noon but housekeeping came in at 9:00 a.m. everyday for the 2 days I was there. There was a shelf in the bathroom that had different hangers for it from the other three and it just made the room look ugly. I know these are small things but from a contractor standpoint these are Big deals. Being on the second floor the elevator felt very sketchy and grindy before it came to the second floor. I think we all know what I'm talking about. Nobody feels safe in this situation. It felt like the elevator was going to give out at any moment. There was a smoking section but it was unspecified on where it was at. The room was extremely small for the price that was given. In my opinion definitely not a four-star rating. I got a cheaper hotel for two at a casino that had all the accommodies for 100$ less.

I liked the location for the event we participated in at speedway.

When I checked in host was kind of rude. Had catalic converters from truck stolen and there was told by host that there are no cameras in the parking lot. Was only vehicle vandalized in parking lot where well lite, if there was cameras in parking lot then it was an inside job and was lied too. Hope Cameras are put in place for better security.

we waited almost 45 minutes for check-in, only 1 receptionist

The bathroom flooded from the floor above. We notified the staff. Nothing was done. No one even came to look at it. The damage in the ceiling showed signs of it taking place before our stay.

Not bad it was the only thing that was worth anything.

No hot water at sink used hot water from tub to shave, stool did not flush properly. This not a Hampton quality hotel
