The bell boys and bartenders at the pool were great! But the food was below average. We even tried booking at the restaurant and it was not a good experience. Overall, would look at booking elsewhere if food is an important part of your experience.

I like how nice the staff is. They all try their best to help even when they are very visit I wish it’ll have more transportation service to go shopping or to visit other places besides the tours. But otherwise I came back home very happy hopping to come back.

Majority of staff is very kind and friendly. Only two restaurants available. Sometimes you have to wait up to 30 mins for noon snack restaurant at Luna. You'll wait another 30 min to be served after order has been taken. One of the days we got served after a family that got seated after us, my wife order a burguer and when I asked the server why the other table got served before us he didn't have an answer. The burger patty was raw.

Okay let me start off with this, if you want a cheap hotel that’s all inclusive this one is for you. But I will not be coming back here. - You cannot swim in the ocean, waves are crazy - Food is never hot - I’m not a germaphobe but if you are, I would not stay here - they will clean 2-3 rooms at a time while leaving the rooms open with no attendance - They give you two towels in your room… that’s it. No face cloths or hand towels - Don’t waste your time at the Buffett. Make reservations for dinner every night. For lunch go to Luna it says “snack” but it’s really lunch - Just skip the breakfast.. - You never know when they will come clean your room sometimes it’s 11am, 3pm, or 5pm. I like to come back to my room to rest/recharge and that makes it hard. - Pool is very outdated and the tiles are broken - The adults only pool is very close to the regular pool. It’s not quiet like you think it would be. - Adult only pool is 2feet deep, unlike the regular pool which is 4 feet - Adult pool is HOT, it’s higher than the regular pool. Almost unbearable - Hotel lay out is very confusing. It’s hard to get to lobby from room. Would like if they had signs pointing to food, lobby, and bar..etc - They need more umbrellas for chairs, a lot uncovered baking in the sun - Drinks suck, just depends on who makes it. They are unbearable to drink - Cannot hang out on beach without getting hassled by beach vendors - Water pools when you shower - WiFi poor signal

Everything was great and good

Upon arrival you are charged $80 per day per child even after booking for each child. Limited dinning. Rooms smell like mold. Showers are full of water when showering. Pools close early. Entertainment ends by 10.

We stayed here for four nights as a quick weekend getaway. Overall, the property is a good value, with the room and bed being nice, quiet, and comfortable. There are only three pools (2 primary 1 adult upstairs), but we never felt like it was too busy at any of them. The resort is small compared to large chains, making it friendly and easy to go/do whatever you want on the property. We found the restaurant to be a bit bland, so we chose to eat most of our meals at the buffet. The liquor selection is limited, as to be expected, but once a bottle of liquor was out, they didn't restock it for 1-3 days, so if you like something specific and it ran out, you're unlikely to be getting more of it. Most of the staff we interacted with were friendly and pleasant, and we enjoyed talking with them. Only 1-2 of the staff felt annoyed with everybody/everything. We will probably come back to this property based on the price in the future.

I recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort with my family, including two seniors with mobility issues, and was quite disappointed with our experience. The buildings are very old and lack sufficient modern amenities. There is only one elevator, and it only takes you one floor down, making it very inconvenient for anyone who needs assistance getting around. For an all-inclusive resort, I found it unacceptable that there were no servers available to offer food if you were by the pool. Additionally, there was no room service available, and the minibar in our room did not work. The beds were incredibly squeaky, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The restaurant experience was equally disappointing. The servers seemed to be in a bad mood, which affected the overall atmosphere. The food was consistently cold and soggy, which was a letdown. Breakfast was particularly challenging, with only one cook available to prepare eggs, resulting in huge line-ups every morning. For three nights, we were never able to book for dinner in one of the restaurants because the QR code provided for reservations never worked. This added to our frustration and negatively impacted our overall dining experience. Overall, this resort did not meet the standards one would expect from an all-inclusive experience. There are many areas in need of improvement, and I would not recommend it to others, especially those who have mobility issues or are looking for a relaxing, stress-free vacation.

For a small resort it had plenty to do. Besitifil beaches and pools. Staff was always friendly and happy to help.

Not enough to do

Not worth the money but the staff is great!!!

This is a smaller hotel on the beach, it has fewer guests than the larger ones. This helps in it being a quiet resort rather than a party one. The activities from the hotel are limited in the summer as it is hot on the beach. The water in the pools is quite warm. The rooms are comfortable and the ac works great.

As a all inclusive resort the drinks at each bar was different and limited. Not top shelf. You also had pool hours 9 a.m to 9 p.m. The staff top notch and nice. The hotel very clean. Also you can not get into the ocean at this property. Wave are to ruff. My overall is very good

Property needs an update. Furniture is old, bathroom and shower area is very small and not very clean.
