The music from the nearby clubs was so loud we couldn’t sleep. The music finally stopped at 230am. Also lots of homeless nearby.

Hotel did does not offer maid service on weekends. Our trip was over Labor Day weekend so we had no service during our stay. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good.

We stayed at the Staybridge Hamilton for 4 nights in a bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. It was great for 5 adults. It’s nothing fancy but it had everything we needed… a kitchenette with a dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and a loaded cupboard. We enjoyed the kitchen for warming up leftovers and even cooking fresh corn on the cob that we got from the Farmers Market in the microwave! We enjoyed the social nights when they provide complimentary dinner on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Dinners we had were fish and chips and pasta night! They were delicious! We also appreciated that hot breakfast was included everyday! There was a lot to choose from. In addition to the daily eggs and meat (sausage or bacon) and pancake/hashbrowns, there were also oatmeal, yogurt parfait bar, toast and bagels, fruit, and a waffle making station! Morning beverages were great with coffee, tea, orange juice and cranberry juice, and teas! We loved it as it energized us for our full days of touring! Staff were incredibly kind and helpful! We were a bit uneasy about the area but it’s just like any downtown area these days. We did hear some loud music from a nearby club on the Friday night, which was our last night there. The rest of the nights were fine. I also used their coin operated laundry facility. Super convenient! Parking is $15/night which we didn’t mind as it was a secured parking garage and need your key to get in. Thank you!

Bad neighborhood

On 6th floor, all night out side windows covered with plastic, wind blowing all night. Horiable experience.

Staff is nice and rooms are clean. Breakfast was good. On the weekends you can hear loud music from the club nearby until 2 am. Dodgy neighbourhood.

The romes are perfect

The room was nice. Pull out couch was small and uncomfortable. We were in back of property and it was very loud until 2am with several night clubs just below. Lucky front desk gave out ear plugs but bass was still overwhelming.

Front desk staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The pet friendliness is fantastic, and the breakfast selection is FANTASTIC. The area around the hotel is a bit sketchy at night, but nothing too bad.

Terrible location, dangerous oitside. Rooms were loid and dirty. Don't stay here or anywhere in Hamilton.

not a pleasant stay, to noisy, staff was not pleasant to deal with, lacking of manners. would not walk in this area, there were needles on the ground around property and selling drugs out front.

Near clubs downtown. Noisy at night but otherwise service is 24 hours security and safe parking are available.
