The room was clean, fresh and quiet. The view from the lobby area was open to the pool and the Gulf water. The food was good for the breakfast buffet and I ordered lunch Unfortunately the hot water was out the last two days of our stay. Otherwise it was a good experience. I would stay again.

This was our first stay here and it definitely will not be our last. The staff was courteous and helpful and the customer service was impeccable. The activities on site were enjoyed by all and was appreciated that everything was kid friendly, we especially enjoyed the movies by the pool. The food was good and the breakfast buffet had so many options it was easy to satisfy everyone including the picky eaters. We had a blast! Til next time HIR FWB, we can’t wait to come back!

The first night was very rough. The room was extremely warm. They had someone come up and check the ac and tokd us we were good. But the room never cooled down. We talked to the staff on day 2 and explained to them how hot it is and they sent another person up and it finally got fixed.

The staff is amazing! The pool awesome! The walkway to the beach and the pier right there! The rooms were sooo clean and wonderful!! The drinks the food A summer at the Tiki bar and Joseph at the inside bar were wonderful! Sandy at the front desk… you rock!! We already made reservations for our next trip here! Worth EVERY penny!!

It actually has hottubs and you can share the property pools with the Hilton. Only 5 floors so very convenient to the beach.

This place as a decent accommodation is quite satisfactory one. Great access to beach, clean, quiet and also great ocean view( + pool view). But the best thing you can see and feel at this hotel is the true and considerate kindness from staffs. They especially I happened to meet (Mr.Dominic, Ms.Sandy, Ms. Lenka palmer) were very just the perfect examples of definition how to do & what to do as a great staffs at front desk of hotel, which is such an important factor for hotel because front desk is the very start of the accommodation experience of guests, right? They literally made my day not only my travel fantastic! Thank you all ! If I go to beach area in Florida again, I will definitely revisit this hotel. Even though it is apparently referred to as 3 star resort but it is never less than 5 star hotel. Furtheremore, the food at 1st floor restaurant was very nice ! The girl named Yaneek at the restaurant is so willingfully helping and attentive. In a nutshell, I highly recommend this resort!

Our stay was awesome! Came down for the past weekend. Me and my girlfriend had a blast to celebrate her birthday there. Shout out to the entire front desk staff and Crystal in the restaurant dept. 🙌

We travel a lot and this is the first bad experience I have had in a while. When we checked-in, there was no WiFi nor Tv service. Told management and it was due to construction beside property. Which I feel should have been posted on website. Also, our sink was not cleaned at all. When we checked out there was a huge price difference between what I paid Expedia verses Hotel listing. And I had to pay even more when I checked-out that was not listed on total price quoted. There are a lot of hidden fees at this Hotel that they don’t tell you about. I understand about the parking fee, that was fine. But to have a property fee, a lease fee, and a hidden fee along with the huge difference already that the Hotel management could not account for, was unacceptable…

This is our second stay here. We have had nothing but excellent service from the front desk, the restaurant, to to the tiki bar!

Was hoping to get a beach view room for the last night and never happened. No NA Beer on premise. Smoking areas limited. Outstanding staff!! Be back next year!

We had a great stay! Very clean and updated resort.

Everything was wonderful. This is the 4th time my family has stayed at the resort and we'll definitely be back. It's our home away from home when we're in the panhandle area. There's no better place. 💜

Our stay was great. The hotel was clean and had a great view of the ocean. We went to the hotel bar a couple times because of bad weather and Caitlin was awesome! We would definitely stay again!

On our first night we placed an open packet of cookies neatly on a counter top, but later awoke in the night to cockroaches. When I shared this with Sandy on the Front Desk staff I was told this is Florida so insects are present, but that I would receive some kind of discount and that she would speak to her Supervisor to agree how much. To date I have not received any money back.

The staff was great, easy check in and check out, and the rooms/views were beautiful!

The property was beautiful and the location is great! However, I booked this hotel during the month of Dec specifically for the heated pool and hot tub but both of these were broken.

This hotel was the best I’ve ever been to. The buffet breakfast was delicious! The staff was extremely friendly. The entire building was cleaned spotless ! The king suite smelled great and the view was beautiful! We came for our 3 year wedding anniversary and we will be back ! Oh and the beds are super comfortable!
