There is a security issue with this hotel. The back entrance is not locked with key card access only. There were people roaming around the hotel that should not have been there. I felt vulnerable during my stay. It was reported to the front desk and i was assured it would be looked after but was also told that people some in the back door. This needs to be rectified immediately!

Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are worn, but comfortable. The carpet and sink show a lot of age (warn spots and stains). There is no closet so you can not hang your cloths or coat, however a chair is provided so I used that to drape my coat over the back.

Hotel is quite run down and bathroom was dirty. The door had a patch over a large hole and was not painted or finished. I paid $155 canadian which is way too much for the condition of the room.

The reception staff, both at check-in and check-out were fantastic: friendly, helpful, efficient. The complimentary morning coffee was delicious and fresh.
The premise is a bit dated, but the rooms appeared clean. The mattresses were reasonably comfortable. The climate control kept the room comfortable.

The beds were as hard as a rock. I think I would’ve been better sleeping on the floor however, the floor was extremely dirty and smelled like cat pee. The washrooms showed lack of maintenance. The air conditioner did not work nor did the heat. The thermostat in the room was completely broken. There was only two working lights in the room. And the walls are paper thin so the people above you and beside you can hear everything and you can hear everything they’re talking about. I would not recommend this hotel kids baseball team.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we had ever been in no sleep. Only one large towel so if both of us had showered one would have to dry on little towels.

I like the fact it’s pet friendly, even though we didn’t bring ours . Both elevators broken the morning we checked out, the staff was still friendly about it.

The hotel is really run down. The tv didn't work, the carpet was damp and stained, we had a portable air conditioner in the middle of the floor. Luckily we were only staying one night, so I waited until I got home to shower, because I wouldn't have felt clean after using the bathroom.

The AC didn't work and the temporary unit they installed in the room was loud and did a piss-poor job of alleviating the condensation, leaving mold on the windows and a puddle on the carpet.

We were here for 2 nights. The staff was amazing, the room we had (2 queen beds) was very small. Older room and was a little dirty. Small holes in the bathroom. Could use a good upgrade. Area was sketchy. Unfortunately, a lot of homeless. Other than that, the beds were great and clean. Wok place for the price.

The price and location was great. The room I was in was in bad need of renovation, carpet stained and should be removed, but the linens where clean and bed very comfortable, really just needed a place to sleep for 2 nights. Would have liked a coffee maker in the room, but did have coffee in the front lobby. The staff where very friendly and helpful

For the price hotel was o.k. pool was very cold. Staff were cordial, not friendly. City of london has many "homeless" folks put up at this location, there were lots yelling at each other and fighting, many dogs as well..

The bedding I slept on had blood stains on them and the door lock was broken around the edges! Will never stay here again!

The room was dirty (I have pictures to prove it), the hallways were super noisy at all hours of the night, the safety lock on the door was broken. Very dingy and musty. The air conditioner was a portable one that was being held together with duct tape and duct taped to the window. The bedding was not clean and we used sleeping bags to avoid touching the sheets. Definitely not worth the $182 we paid.
