Everything was great. Just the hotel needs to change towels as quick as is. Leaning needs to be replace few days!. None of the the 5 nights which I stay the leaning has been changed.

A wonderful hotel in a very convenient part of the city, close to everything. Streets nearby are well-lit and safe to walk.
The buffet breakfast was plentiful and excellent. Room was very comfortable and cleaned daily.
PS. I had a small problem, independent of my hotel stay, and the help that I received from the hotel's team was most appreciated.

The hotel is not as the photos depict. It’s less glamorous looking, positioned well and good for a quiet stay.
The hot water and cold water in the shower was a headache to adjust, switching from one to the other. Amazed how this could happen randomly and unexpectedly!

Overpriced for what its worth. I could haved at a much better hotel for what I paid. It was very disappointing to say the least. The room was clean but the slanted walls made it awkward hot the tv was situated. Bathroom super small no closure to shower so water was everywhere. I wasnt fond of the flimsy blue towels they should definitely get white new towels its not good to have colored towels because of dyes and its cheap looking not higher end. Bed was ok but pillows sucked. Breakfast was ok and location for transportation was great. I wouldnt recommend this place unless this is your thing...

Conveniently located near the main railway station and easy walking distance to the Old Town. While there is some construction work in the area which involves redirection of foot traffic, this is not a great inconvenience. We did not have a car so can't comment on issues associated with that. Our room was very quiet, clean and comfortable with sufficient space and a split system AC. The kitchenette with fridge, which had drinks replenished for free daily, was appreciated. The bathroom was clean and very functional. There are plenty of casual and more formal dining options in the area with supermarkets/grocery stores nearby. This will be our first choice hotel for return visits to Munich.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. However, there is a building site next to the hotel which started work very early in the morning. The breakfast had a lot of different options and the hotel is in a very convenient location for the main train station.

It’s an ok hotel, clean, well kept and in a central location. All works well but in my opinion is NOT a 4 star hotel, it’s a 3 start at most. Basic services, amenities, and just standard accommodation. Although centrally located the street where it is, it’s not nice, full of table dance and night bars (not the nice ones) and in general not a friendly vibe (on the block, not the hotel).
If you are looking for a decent, clean hotel to spend the night, it’s ok but if you prefer more comfort, a nicer zone, better facilities and a family-friendly area, you will be better somewhere else.

A very pleasant stay at the Schiller 5 hotel. The location is extremely convenient for the central Hauptbahnhof station. Trains from the airport stop here and it was no more than 5-10 mins walk away. Great location for a short stay.
The area around the hotel was just ok. There was lots of building going on which means it isn’t the most peaceful of settings, although peace and quiet can’t be expected in a city centre.
The rooms were a generous size. We had a kitchenette in our room. No milk was provided, although tea and Nespresso coffee pods were provided.
The breakfast was good. Good choice of pastries and some hot options including scrambled eggs snd sausages.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Mixed feelings. The room was great and pleasant. Unfortunately, it was missing towels and pillows. In fairness, the staff quickly fixed this. On the morning, we had a lot of noise from construction on our floor. It started at 7:30, which is a bit early.

Glad I found this and booked based on other reviews. This hotel was very modern, clean, quiet, with friendly staff - including the owner who made his rounds during their truly well-done breakfast. I had a hard time getting out of bed because it was so comfortable and the shower/bath was so nice. An easy walk to the trains and Oktoberfest.

Great friendly service. Convenient location, close to train station and walkable to the old town. The hotel is on a street with strip clubs but we didn’t feel unsafe. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

Lovely hotel. Excellent location to main train station and to getting around Munich. Room was well set out, clean and comfortable. A few little complimentary treats in the minibar was a nice touch.
The breakfast was excellent, wide selection of pastries, fruit, cereals, yoghurts, meats and cheeses with a few hot choices too, including bacon and eggs.
Friendly staff throughout the hotel and very willing to store luggage safely before check in and after check out.

The Schiller5 hotel is an absolute gem. In spite of being right in the centre of Munich, it is lovely and quiet in the hotel. Rooms are beautifully clean, very comfortable and well appointed, with kettle and fridge. The breakfast is delicious. Staff give a warm, friendly welcome. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to acquaintances.

Courteous and friendly reception staff that really are attentive to guests having a great stay. Additionally, having staff that spoke English was appreciated—especially since it seems that many locals working in hospitality in Munich either only speak German or are only willing to speak English when they become frustrated with guests. Finally, having a mini bar that offers apple juice and cola along with the standard bottled water for free was an extra perk.
