Not my first visit, loved it last time and this time. Staff were great

Very well situated hotel. In the center of the village with great view on the mountains. Calm place to walkable distance from the center and close to public transportation. Very nice and helpful staff.

We traveled in October of 2021 to this beautiful country from the USA. This was the last night of a 12 day adventure for us. We stayed in 8 different hotels throughout Switzerland during our stay. The Bellevue was the most unforgettable. It was lovely and so friendly. The new decor in the rooms was amazing. Lovely presentation for the breakfast in the living room. It was delicious and freshly made eggs and bacon upon request. Do not miss this little gem of a place!

Fantastic location, views, and breakfast! Only place for improvement was in the bathroom set up as it’s not private.

The renovations and well thought our decor at this property speaks for itself. Whilst our 1 night was in low season the staff were attentive and happily met our needs. Even with the dog we were given a lovely corner room. The buffet breakfast had everything and hot food was cooked to order. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved the location of the hotel, the renovated rooms, the lobby and restaurant area was warm and welcoming!! Overall we loved this hotel with their friendly staff, warm welcome and feeling like home! Thank you for a great experience!!

Loved this hotel!the staff were great and really accommodating! The hotel was clean, new and really cozy! The breakfast spread was delicious! Although we didn’t really fancy anything on their dinner menu, we went next door where they do burgers and delicious fries!they also do takeaway so we took it back to our room! We went for the junior suite which was lovely. Although it would have been great to have a direct uninterrupted view of the mountains, the views were breathtaking! The ladies did a really good job of keeping our room clean, which we appreciated after a long day! Everything around the hotel was very close, a convenience store, the train station, a souvenir shop and the burger joint. The cable cart was literally a 10min walk alternatively you could catch the bus from right outside the hotel!

Lovely 4 night stay with my husband and father . Very quiet due to time of year , helpful and informative staff , great breakfast with fresh produce . Location is perfect with the train station and bus stop directly outside .

Hotel room is clean & tidy but a bit too simple, towels isn’t soft enough maybe not enough softener, only shampoo, conditioner & body wash slippers supply. No shower cap, toothbrush, shavers.

The bed was super comfy, the bathtub was overlooking the window with the mountain/glacier view, room is big, lights were adjustable to how bright or dim u want them, breakfast has quite a good spread, staff were cheerful and helpful, there was 2 complimentary welcome drinks... I can go on more but.. Ill let u experience it for yourself! Superb for couples! Worth every penny!!

Great location; however, the room was small but recently remodeled. The design looks great but the functionality of the bathroom isnt very practical. Tiny sink causing water overflow and splashes...poor design choice.

Great hotel, very warm and comfortable. Nice decor and comfy bed! My room had a shower and a tub which is great to soak soar muscles after a day of trekking or skiing. I just wish there had been a little kettle or coffee pot in the room.

Tastefully renovated and modernised without losing its Victorian charm, this hotel is extremely conveniently located, just meters from the train station, and about ten minutes walk (or two by bus) to the base station of the skiing resort. Staff are friendly, flexible, breakfast generous, prices very reasonable and the rooms spacious and comfortable.

Across from train station. Renovated top floor room faced the street and train station. After a long journey it was nice to not have to carry our luggage any further. . It was quiet in August so keeping the windows open for air was fine and the mountain and village view was great but the room would be a problem during a busier time due to the noise from the street. Ask for a renovated room that faces the back of the building for less noise, there should be a mountain view from the back as well. The room had a comfortable sitting area but the sleeping area, sink, shower and toilet were open to each other, would much rather prefer a wall and door to separate the complete bath area. Other people may like this new style renovation, it doesn't appeal to me. A separated bathroom is preferable, however, it was very clean and the hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Probably quite the night life in winter ski season, there is a club/bar in the building. But again it's Switzerland........so who knows, the Swiss are not known to be very wild but the tourists are another story.
