We were made to feel welcome from arrival to departure. The B&B is conveniently located with easy access to the shops and seafront. I would highly recommend this B&B.

Lovely room, very homely. Good breakfast. Only a few minutes walk to town centre and beach. Free parking outside the hotel, but was full on our arrival, however cheap long stay parking close by. Would stay here again

The room was clean and well furnished. A warm welcome and very helpful staff. Breakfast was a good selection of fruit, yoghurt,cereals and choice of cooked breakfast, catering for various diets. Close to Llandudno station and the main shopping area. If you have mobility issues, please be aware that the hotel is on 3 floors with no lift.

No complaints at all. We were able to check in on arrival well ahead of schedule, the room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and Janet provides a really nice breakfast. We would not hesitate to book again.

Fantastic B&B, Janet and her team were amazing, the beds were so comfortable, the room just perfect and the breakfast was delicious.

Just had the one night as we were staying over after a show at the theatre. It was perfect, close to the train station and town centre. Very friendly landlady, very clean, good size room with comfortable beds. Breakfast was cooked to order and was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

Met at the door by Janet who explained the dos and donts and asked if we needed help re the town or any of the facilities. Room very clean and quiet. Beds comfortable there was nothing not to like. Breakfast excellent - we would definitely stay again.

I liked the bed and everythink in my room plus the owner and staff friendly polite and breakfast was deliverd to my room which was lovely i will be booking again next year

central location in quiet street just off main shopping street 10 minutes walk to venue cymru one way and 10 minutes to the pier the other.comfortable and friendly ,car park accross road if street parking not available at £8 a day.

Lovely stay but alot of stairs

Very comfy rooms, clean and tidy. Fridge a bonus. Location brilliant just a minute from the shops and 10 minute walk from pier and great orme attractions. Would highly recommend Karden House, breakfast lovely.

Nice room. Breakfast served to door, wraps and toasties on offer... filling/ tasty. Very central location. Free, on street parking nearby. Didn't appreciate smokers puffing away directly outside front door, the stench drifting through my window, ... but don't they always ! Would happily stay again... good value.

Karden House is a lovely guest House. It is very clean and comfortable and close to the shops and beach. Janet is a lovely lady who made my partner and I feel completely welcome and at home. She recommended various places of interest which we wouldn't have found otherwise. She also makes a fantastic breakfast, which sets you up perfectly for a day's exploring. I would happily recommend this wonderful guest house to anyone staying in Llandudno

single room was perfect for me. very comfortable bed. With fridge and own toilet. abut 2 minutes away walk from shops/restaurants and about 5 minutes walk to the promenade. Janet and other staff very courteous and helpful.

Karden House is a fantastic value for money guest house. We had a warm welcome when we arrived, The rooms were very clean and tidy the beds were really combatable. The home cooked breakfast the next morning was the best I have had in a guest house, I would and have recommended this guest house to friends and family. I couldn't fault it, nothing was too much trouble.
