Hotel was beautiful and modern, location was perfect and the staff was so very helpful with dining options and lining up taxi service to airport. Recommend to everyone!!

It was quite noisy neighbourhood. We woke up around 6am to the sounds from outside. Bed was a bit uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. On the good side the hotel was in a very good, centric location and the staff was friendly. Decent breakfast and good coffee :) To people appreciating good sleep, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Otherwise quite nice hotel.

Close to everything, nice breakfast

Pros: - Complimentary breakfast was adequate, but with good service - The staff at reception are all amazing. Incredibly accommodating and assisted us in our every need, including getting us an iron when requested, and leaving bags whilst we explored the city prior to an evening flight home - Very walkable location next to Rialto Bridge, with short walk to water us services across the Veneto - The shower was excellent! - Stunning view from balconies over the canal! Cons: - TV in room did not have any English channels, they would benefit from installing smart TVs so people can cast to the screen from their mobiles - It can be a bit noisy from the bustling restaurants below. Advice: avoid the restaurants directly outside the hotel, by the canal, as they are poor quality tourist traps. This isn't the hotel's fault - so, ask at reception and they can recommend much better places to spend your money!

We stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon trip! The front desk was incredible and so helpful with recommendations! But I will say, on the website the rooms and bed looked way bigger than it actually was. We got to our room and it was the size of a closet 😬 and the bed was a very flat double bed. It wasn’t the most comfortable sleep, or romantic in anyway but it made do for our two night stay in Venice. The location was great. The breakfast was not. They had fruit and yogurt and some bread and water and coffee and that’s about it. was hoping they would do something a little special for us since it was our honeymoon, but they didn’t :( The service was incredible and the location was great but if you are someone who gets anxious in small spaces, this would not be the space for you. My husband was able to touch both walls of our room on either side while sitting on the bed 😬 The decor inside was very cute though! They did well, with the space they had but definitely not what we were expecting after looking at photos and reading reviews. I just want to be honest for future travelers so they know what they are booking!

We had a great stay at Riva del Vin Boutique Hotel. The property was very nice and in a great area. Our room had an amazing view of the canal and the bridge.

Very pleasant staff location was superb short walk from drop off point to hotel (although a few steps to climb across the Rialto Bridge to reach Hotel). Room had a few signs of wear and tear but nothing that put us off. Over all very pleased with our stay.

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect, and the staff was very helpful. They gave us good tips on where to eat. Be ware of tourist trap restaurants on the grand canal. Expensive and low quality food

It was a comfortable home that was close to the airport boat and the center of Venice.

We stayed at the Riva del Vin Boutique for 2 nights with family. We had 2 rooms. All the staff are so friendly. The young lady at the front desk (I forgot her name) is so pleasant and cheerful. The hotel is at an awesome location, right next to the Rialto Bridge. The rooms are cozy. They have lovely breakfast on the 2nd floor. I would highly recommend the Riva del Vin Boutique hotel, you will get your money’s worth!!

The service at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The location was super convenient. The beds weren’t very comfortable and they sloped. But overall we would stay again. Big thanks to Ramon and other front desk staff for all of their helpful hints and the service in the breakfast room. Super coffee!

We enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and comfortable. It was quite small but that’s to be expected in Venice! The breakfast was good. We found the location to be perfect! It was easy to zip back to the hotel for a break from the heat. Would recommend.

The property is well located along the main canal. It's clean and well appointed. We only had two issues: noise and bed comfort. Our room was positioned by to the elevator and our window overlooked the alley by the entrance. Every morning, quite early, we were awoken by the workers for the neighbouring restaurant throwing out their bottles from the night before. Within the property, the walls are very thin so you hear everything going on around you. The mattress was comparable to a pull out couch as far as comfort. The pillows were very thin as well. Overall, this was a pleasant stay as the staff were very helpful and professional. Just be aware of the noise and comfort you're getting.

As advertised on the website and in Expedia, this boutique Hotel is just what you need for a stay in Venice. Close proximity to the main attractions and easily accessible. Roman and Sylvia took care of whatever we needed. Thanks to the staff !!

Location is 10 stars. You are in the middle of action, overlooking the water with view of Rialto bridge. Nothing beat that!!!

We stayed one night. Very comfortable air conditioned accommodation with a view of the Grande Canal and Rialto Bridge. Breakfast provided a variety of choices.

Nice boutique hotel, to discover Venice’s centrum. Breakfast’s staff, to the contrary of the receptionists, were not super friendly ( we stayed for 2 nights only). Annoying are the missing care for finishing as the broken support for soaps, loosen wall paper. Not acceptable for 200eur rates. Fixing above would easily improve the global impression.

Buffet breakfast was excellent, you can look at to the grand canal, they also have an area on the third floor with a tiny terrace where you can take pictures. Location is superb within walking minutes of San Marcos. Vaporetto stop right across the hotel. Loved our stay. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Wonderful service. The staff was helpful with booking the water taxi to the train station. They were also helpful with recommendations for gondola rides and restaurants. We had a very enjoyable stay.

4 night stay at Riva Del Vin Boutique hotel. Had a beautiful canal view room on the third floor (302) with great views of the Canal and Rialto bridge. The hotel was very quiet. The breakfast served in the morning was perfect with excellent coffee and wonderful, friendly service. Would stay again.

Really small room

Great location, close to the Rialto bridge. If you plan to cross the Rialto Bridge with luggage, please be aware that the bridge does not have a ramp. It’s a stone arch bridge with steps. There is a stop for some public water transport located on the hotel’s side, check your route and stops beforehand if you have heavy luggage.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Venice. The staff are lovely. Buffet style breakfast very good. Our room was not as described on their website and there was a cost to change it which was very disappointing. Canal side room was small and bathroom tiny. Breakfast area right outside our room which was a little awkward. Room in need of a spruce up as there was damaged paint and a chunk of the door missing. Walls by the windows dirty with white fluid splats over them and there was some old toilet paper stuck to the wall next to the lavatory.
