Staff are exceptional at reception, resturants, and concierge, extreemly helpful and pleasant. Location very good. Food is very good.

Rooms are not clean, specially fridge and telephone. Some light bulbs are not working and fridge not working. No TV channels apart from Morocon and french. Regardless of our request, no body follow up to as quality control.

Service was excellent. Staff was very nice.

Peculiar odor in the hallway. Elevator buttons were sometimes non-responsive.

This is one or the best Sofitel hotels in Africa. it’s a clear cut above the rest. It has the perfect location with breathtaking views of the Hassan II mosque, the port and the sea view. The location is also safe for strolls to nearby attractions, and a few-minutes drive from the beautiful corniche area. The staff are very helpful, friendly and always trying to help with everything to make the stay perfect.

Lack of menus they seem to have made the switch to a paperless environment which is great but as someone who is traveling by WiFi this was a problem. Pool environment was very unclean the handle going into the pool had so much rust build up it was actuality getting on my hand as I went in the pool other than the pool, the beautiful tub in the room took for ever to fill and was almost no hot water, the towel warming rack was already on and I did not know let's just say it was very hot.

We had the room with the view of the mosque and ocean. It was a lovely room and neat layout with a way to see the same view from the bathroom as well. The bed was outstanding. Concierge staff were amazing!

Front desk staff seemed a little cold on arrival.

enjoyed staying at this hotel. Nice options of restaurants around. 5 mind walk to madina. The Suite was very nice, nice big balcony with beautiful city and beach view. but i just wish the suite was bit bigger. other than that it was nice and clean. The Staff we very welcoming and kind! I enjoied the moroccan hamam. it was really nice!

housekeeping and room check. water heating control was not working, only one cup for tea for two persons, likewise one tea bag. on request the housekeeping lady on the floor tried showing attitude to give more tea bags so I sent someone to buy from the market. room design is bad specially for the WC which was where a wardrobe should have been. didn’t make sense where it is located.
