What a lovely hotel. The rooms were clean and secure, the staff was helpful and friendly and the location was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. Wonderful!

Room a bit small

Hotel du Dragon is in an amazing location just across the river from la Petite France. Walkable to everything you want to see in Strasbourg and very quiet and private. We wished we could have stayed longer!

The hotel property is nice, rooms are well-lit, perhaps a little cramped by American standards but certainly adequate. Breakfast was excellent. HOWEVER, what really sets this property apart is the SERVICE! Wow, wow, WOW! Front desk personnel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, not only in the hotel, but in the city. They called my favorite restaurant to see if we could be seated for dinner that week (they were booked solid for 3 weeks!), and when they could not get through on the telephone, they WALKED to the restaurant and talked with them, successfully securing a table for us for the next night. Unbelievable! I would definitely return.

We loved this hotel! The staff were so nice and went out of their way to help you in any way. Our room was so cozy. The location is excellent, on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from all of the tourist areas.

This is a very nice hotel, conveniently located near the Christmas market. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable. We just a few minor things that we wished were different. Parking is a total nightmare during the Christmas market (not the hotel's fault), so we ended up driving around in circles for 90+ minutes until finding an open spot at a parking garage. The hotel only has a few spots available and they were spoken for when we made the request about a month before our stay. Definitely make your request early if you can because the nearest garage is an easy 7-minute walk. Outside of that, I would've preferred something other than an all-in-one shampoo and body wash option (it was hard on my hair). And there was no curtain on the bathroom window. It's a small window, so we were able to just put something in front of it. Minor things, of course, that wouldn't stop me from staying here again. I would just come prepared with my own shampoo/conditioner next time.

Great location. Excellent breakfast. Staff was helpful in recommending restaurants and making reservations. We enjoyed our stay. Afterwards, we discovered a charge on our credit card for our stay which shouldn’t have appeared since we paid when booking the hotel. Bookkeeping staff responded to my email and removed the charge. Expedia was no help in clearing this matter up.

Great location and the staff were the best out of everywhere we went on our trip which says allot since we went to strausboug, Innsbruck, Lucerne, Zurich, Renwegg, Verona, and Grindlewald. The onlyonly drawback was how tiny the room was. They did a great job with the mirror making the room look 10x larger than it was. The location was great and within walking distance to a great xmas market. The area is very safe to walk day or night.

The hotel had a boutique feel to it. The room was unique with a spiral staircase inside the door leading to the room at the top with exposed beams and a view across the city.

Super location, quiet, everything you need in good quality

Hotel is very well situated for visiting Strasbourg. The staff was nice. The room we had was rather small and the bed under the slanted roof was a bit challenging for me. Breakfast buffet is nice and has quite a bit of choice, although the croissants and pastries are a bit disappointing.

I paid more than 200 € and they gave me a room facing the road and at the lowest level: very noisy.

Definitely not a four star hotel. Superior room had a spiral staircase as access to the room. Not conducive to get in and out especially with luggage. Room awkward and bathroom impractical and smelled. Breakfast very average. Location convenient.

Let's say that the guy at the reception was not really friendly!

Clean and in great location, very helpful staff, parking on the street, not easy to find, no elevator with steep stairs to our 2nd floor room, the staff carried the heavy suitcase

Staff were very nice helpful. They always accommodated us whenever we needed anything. The location was good for walking around and the bathroom was roomy for the big room, we had to request to switch out of our first room even though I paid for the bigger room.

There were 9 adults staying for an overnight .Check in and check out service was very helpful and friendly. We had a few beers in the small bar.Decor and service was nice. We were all happy with location and service at this hotel.We were given upgraded rooms which was really a bonus.

Great little hotel in Petite France within walking distance of all that Strasbourg has to offer. Room was clean and modern and was perfect for our needs. Staff was beyond friendly and was eager to help out.

The hotel staff are super nice and welcoming! Julie also explained the Christmas markets and even helped us to book a last minute dinner reservation! It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel!
