Very comfortable stay.. whatever one needs at a new place was thought of and provided ...clean and comforting rooms... Host and help boy were very nice gentle people.Thank you for everything.

Mosquitoes were the only problem..even good night machines in every room couldn't deal with them.

Space and comfort

The cleanliness was on par with the current 5 star hotels in Hyderabad. It’s fully furnished and has everything you want at your service.The owner is a really friendly guy. His hospitality and hassle free check in process was a blessing. Maintenance staff are really good as well. They can provide you with groceries and other stuff in a couple of mins. Also has a parking facility outside the apartment. If you are someone who travels to hyd a lot for either leisure or business purposes and wants a homely feeling and comfort. This is just the place for you. I’ll definitely book with them again when I visit Hyderabad again.

Spacious 3BHK with 3 bathrooms with Wifi connectivity. 20 Ltr water can was also provided at no extra cost House was equipped with TV with Amazon fire stick couldn't have expected any better than this. House had a washing machine , fridge gas and cutleries. Apart from that Host is amazing and very accommodative Thanks for a wonderful stay !!!

Good property , owners are good , surrounding area is bit mix type of people like somewhat slum surroundings , but property and the owners couples are good , bit far from city center , getting Ola some time is difficult as today was my check out day and I had train at 7pm I was trying to book Ola cab from 5pm but no drivers were accepting my booking as they were fearing for heavy traffic jam . I paid 7168 rupees for 2 nights and 3 days it could have been little more cheat. Hope my review help some one . Thank you.

The host is a friend man, he makes sure that the guests feel comfortable at all times. He seems like a trained 5star hotel executive(he isn't) but his service made us feel so.

Its a complete value for money offering. I occupied the entire flat (3 bedrooms, hall and kitchen) for 8 nights and it only cost me 24k (including taxes). - All three bedrooms have Ac and sleep quality is great. -The property has a fully functional kitchen. We cocked as if we were at our own house. - Stove, utensils, microwave, fridge, iron box, washing machine, high speed Internet connection etc available. If there’s anything extra you need, inform the owner and he is kind enough to arrange it for you.

- Covered car parking is not available. But street parking is safe. - Must be careful not to let mosquitoes into the house in the evening. The property has mosquito nets, unknowingly keping the window/door open will let the mosquitos inside the house. - Power cuts occur at the property. But they don’t last long.
