Brand new hotel so everything new and seemed to work seamlessly. Great staff, could not have asked for nicer, more helpful group. Very quiet which is what we were looking for.

Limited food options. We ate a couple of times down at the Baha Mar resort which was 1km down beach.

We enjoyed hanging out at the pool. The pool staff was kind and accommodating. We also enjoyed snorkeling off of the beach. The Pina coladas were great but $27 per drink.

Very poor management. We woke up the first night to an ant infestation in our room and continued seeing ants at the bar, etc. Other than a few staff members, overall rude staff. Construction noise constantly outside and inside of hotel. Fire alarm would go off multiple times each day and woke us up at 7:30am when we were trying to sleep in. When moving us to a new room because of the ant infestation, we sat in the lobby for 4 hours waiting for them to clean our new room and get our bags. Also, with no communication during the process.

beautiful & well designed located on the quiet part of the beach

Nice, clean and modern amenities. Nice gifts like refillable water bottles, coffee mugs, coasters, coffee etc. and complimentary drinks in fridge. Great kitchen and appliances, but we didn't have a car to go grocery shopping to make use of it.

Not too many options for restaurants on site and cabs are $ to go off site. Lots of extra charges for staying at luxury hotel. No room slippers provided- I got a plantar wart from walking barefoot in my room :( Felt a bit pushed to do the hotel sales tour by a member on site as well as random people coming up to us on the beach. Also, the beach had a lot of seaweed :(

The beautiful art work and sculptures. The aroma coming into the lobby and on each floor. I loved how each side of the pool has a shallow end with the lounge chairs. Ease of getting clean towels was great. Special shout-out to Marissa and Duckquan(pool/beach servers). They were very professional and attentive. Special shout-out to front desk staff Chantanae and Toonsie. Excuse me if I spelled his name wrong. They were very polite and gave us a lot if insight about the island.

OIA was a big disappointment on all levels. On our first night myself, husband and two kids ate at OIA. I was surprised at the amount of sushi in the menu. Being in Bahamas, there was not a variety of seafood dishes on the menu. The kids menu was spot on at OIA and Amara. The marked was missed for lunch at Amara in a big way. When lounging at the pool and beach, there should've been more finger foods such a Quesadillas, Egg/Spring Rolls, etc. There should've been more grilled and or jerk items(chicken, burgers). The lemon wings were excellent, especially with the grilled marks and dipping sauce. Amara should incorporate that idea with other food items. A beer should not be $20, kids mac-n-cheese should not be $20. Instead of spending money at Goldwynn, I spent money at other restaurants that had more variety to accommodate my family.

Everything was just awesome. The property is pristine, the pool world class, and the service was way beyond expectations especially given how new it is. Italia, Khamal, Darnella, Augustine, Wendell and everyone else were lovely and helpful.

Location is perfect, the beach was lovely! We found sea turtles swimming right off the beach. Loved the glass bottomed kayaks that are available all day long.

Would have loved a breakfast option in the hotel. Also paid $16 for a bottle of water. Suggest stopping off somewhere to buy groceries rather than paying the high fees at the hotel.

The staff and crew are amazing!!! they are genuinely caring about every single guest. The hotel’s location is perfect; within walking distance but far enough from the big crowded sites like Baha Mar to provide the guests with peace and tranquility. The building is modern and brand new so it makes your stay more comfortable.

The group of professionals who walk around and pressure guests to hear more about Goldwynn and their other locations mainly to twist their arms to buy timeshare or it felt like that.

The location is perfect nestled along the beach. It is close enough to other giant resorts but far enough to feel secluded. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the pool is inviting and the beach is soft with turquoise water. There are plenty of non-motorized water activities to do. You can find motorized activities just a steps away down the beach. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The OIA restaurant was not open during my stay but I was able to eat at neighboring hotels. Also, I was able to catch a short cab ride to the grocery store to purchase items to cook in the room. The kitchenette is a nice addition. The gym has everything you need for a good workout. There is still construction but it didn't bother my stay. I will definitely stay there again.

That OIA restaurant wasn't open couldn't get hot food. Also that I couldn't stay longer!
