Everything is as described . Clean precise. No games . Good security, elevator everything you could asked for you Will find it except for one thing which is the size of the room of the superior room is kinda very small.

1) It is clean.

1) Extremely bad experience with the toilet which had a problem with flushing water. When you flush, the water stays on the surface and it doesn't go away. The cleaning lady was trying to fix the problem everyday, but I think this requires a professional worker. 2) Poor communication skills. For example, when I was on my way to check-out, I called a taxi and It was the storm outside... Then I asked the receptionist if I could wait a couple of minutes inside until my pick-up, but he told me to go, pointing his arm in the direction of an exit door. I used different words in English to explain to him what I meant, but the result was the same. Of course I didn't go outside and risk becoming wet and sick. I waited inside in silence and went out when the car arrived. Also, the lady was giving me a bad vibe, from the beginning. Look, I understand that English is not your first language, it is not mine as well, but please learn some basics if you're working in a hotel in one of the most touristic areas in Phuket. 3) For me, the location is also bad. There is no space for walking, but only roads for cars and motorbikes. The beach is far away and without the sidewalk it is difficult to reach certain locations. Even if you want to just run, you first have to get out from this mess somehow and reach the area which has the spot for walking. There are other things which I didn't like, but these are the main reasons I didn't wish to stay here any longer.
