I didn’t like that other people were smoking on the balcony next door in the evening and during the night and the smoke was felt inside our studio, as the windows were open. It was not the fault of the owners, but as the balconies are close to each it might be an issue. Other than that everything was good…

Nice garden with great, spacious patio. Not far from the beach.It takes a bit of walking to the big supermarket (LIDL), but may be not more than 10-15 minutes. Welcoming owner. The studio was well equipped. We stayed for one night only, but I can imagine it would be a very good option for a longer vacation.

Not related to Fantasy Appartments, but to the infrastructure of St.Konstantin and Elena in general. It needs more investment, maintenance and some reasonable urban planning to make the public areas suitable and pleasant for walking and leisure.

Everything was super, room was exactly what I expected! Environment is very positive, i made 4 day work in one l! Sea is close, weather matched mood! Housewife and personal is very kind and helpful. Sure my next time i book again! Special thanks to Rumyana, wonderful Landladie!

Very nice and calm place with just a few minutes drive from the centre of Varna. The garden is really beautiful and there is also a barbecue area with large open terrace. The host provided us with all the information we needed what to do around. The flat is just perfect, the kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The beach is very close - just a 5 minute walk. The garden is fresh and green with many trees and plants. Next time we will stay longer for sure.
