Very good location for the price paid. Excellent host and willing to help as much as possible. We stayed for a weekend and I truly recommend the hotel.

It was nice and quiet most of the time except when the public pool next door is open but even then it’s still not that noisy. The room itself is compact but enough for two people. The staff is nice and they made our bed even though we were there for only two nights! The location is good if you are visiting the castle and the gardens but it is very far away from the central beach. It was very nice that the property has free parking as otherwise it would be expensive to park your car for multiple days near by.

The only downside in the summer is that the room gets pretty hot and there is no air conditioning and no proper airflow and that it is very far away from the central beach.

The place is, in general, not in a good shape

The hotel was very close to the Queen Mary Castle and also to a non stop supermarket which was a blessing. The balcony was nice to have even if the view was not the best.

We stayed there in the last weekend of April and there was no heating, we had 13 degrees in our room. The air conditioning was not working to heat the room, it was just recirculating the air in the room. They said it is a summer hotel, so there is no heating system. There was some hair on the floor in the bathroom and it was a bit disgusting.
