location to medical appointment. clean & spacious

hotel advertised restaurant but on arrival found it was no longer operating. Allocated room up 2 flights of stairs, no elevator. Poor quality TV reception on ABC channels

Bathroom was spacious, and relatively clean, room was also spacious as it was quite big compared to some, I have stayed in.

TV worked on and off as the digital signal or connection must have been faulty. Bed was average not super comfortable and the wifi wasn't the greatest. My main concern was when I found a used crack pipe with an empty bag when I dropped my charger behind the bedside table. I reported this to the staff, and they didn't seem to be bothered, they gave a very weak apology, came up and lifted the items and sprayed air freshener in the spot it lay. To be honest I should have asked to be moved as I was so in shock with what I found. Not a very nice experience at all.

Room was very dirty. Some foreign liquid on the walls?? had not been cleaned . Bed lookd like it wasnt freshly made. Overall very disapoointing

It has a pretty good and quiet location. The place is spartan, clean and neat. The thing I like is their staff is friendly and very helpful. One of them recommended me an excellent place for dinner.

Wish I was staying on the ground floor as the upper floor has no lift access which is cumbersome for people with several or heavy baggages. The room's wall is very thin, you can hear people talking next door.

2nd time staying here during Christmas. Like first time, the bed was exceptionally soft and luxurious to sleep on. The shower was massive and had outstanding water pressure from the rain head shower, absolutely divine experience. The location is extremely close to central Dandenong and there is loads of free parking. Customer service is very pleasant. TV worked well as did the air conditioner. The room was very very clean, not a spot on the mugs/glasses.

2nd time room advertised with microwave and there hasn't been one in room. This time, I specifically requested there be one in room and was assured there would be.. it wasn't there. Like last time, it's Xmas night/Boxing Day night.. I'm not going to complain about it, I'm too damn tired. I forgot about the dodgy stair case and lack of a lift from last stay.. the staircase bannister is filthy so I didn't touch it and as such, almost fell backwards down the stairs a few times while struggling with a suitcase up stairs. Loads of shouting from drunk people that could be heard clearly.

the Proprty no lift it was level 2 and difficult for us to go up and down as some of us had lost back pain medication conditions , also bathroom haven’t got got a strong shower it’s low pressure, the resumption a woman who so rude to my little 2 years son she attitude at him and loudly say to home when he was knock the door. also the guy Stay night shift time when my friend lock out and the key was in when we ask him to come he was very angry، impolite and also rude using bad language, and like bullying at me because we ask him to come to unlock the door .

Nice-sized rooms and ensuites. Good parking. Friendly staff. Thank you.
