Average stay. Bathroom was very small and inconvenient

I'm so glad I booked this hotel. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I couldn't get the toggle for the shower to stay up so the water kept switching to the bottom tap so I had to shower while holding the toggle. The shower floor tiles were slightly cracked. However, my husband managed to use the shower fine (maybe you just need to be very strong to work it properly) and everything was immaculately clean.
There are shops for umrah gifts and shawarma etc right outside the hotel and haram is right behind the hotel. Excellent location for me but at least 15mins average pace walk to the women's gate. Was easy to get a taxi back to the airport.
The restaurant was closed when we went for lunch and we didn't like the look of the pictures of food they were showing on the screen so we chose to eat from outside the whole time we were there so I cannot comment on the food.
Towels, bedsheets etc were all clean and comfy and the beds were also comfy. We were on the 8th floor and it was never a problem getting a lift up and down.

Property had lots of positives like proximity to haram, overall good service, English speaking receptionist, in home laundry service etc. only negative was the noise level which was on a higher side so staying asleep would be an issue if you are light sleeper. Otherwise a good place to stay

Great hotel and great customer service. They were very welcoming and allowed me to checkin early. This was really great. Breakfast was great and its very close to the prophets mosque. Highly recommended

Unfortunately, we were given a room where there is no ventilation fan working in the toilet.
There was no iron and iron board. When called for one, we were given a defective one which damaged my clothes.
When asked about this type of treatment, the working maid told me bluntly that this is what he does to every other clients. I am very much disappointed.

The staff was rude and would not give me my own key card to open the rooom. Every time she would send someone with us to open the room. That was really wierd. Will not stay here again. Cleanliness wise was not cleaned or maintained.

It’s a very old hotel ,the lobby and outside of the hotel is so good and renovated ,when you go on the floor rooms there’s a musty smell ,very old rooms and all flies on the room and even on the bed ,hotel needs renovation from inside

Good location close to Haram. Newer building and clean. Overall, it was a good experience. We have paid in advance for Our booking, so it works well for us.

The best thing about this hotel is it close proximity to Masjid Nawabi, as its close to gate 4 which is the entrance for the Prophets tomb. There are loads of shops open nearby and you will often be able to pick up gifts bbsck after Fajr salah!
The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful in helping us get our bearings as it was our first time in Madinah.
The breakfast buffet was stacked with loads of different foods each day and you will be spoiled for choice!
The only downsides was that our room had a window (but not a view) and that our shower water wasn't hot, mearly warm.
Overall, we will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay hear again the next time we visit Medinah.

the lady at the reception doesn't even know whether the hotel serves breakfast or not.
Disposable tea cups are provided once, with no milk for tea and coffee. Three small water bottles once daily.

Biggest plus is the closeness to Al Masjid an Nabawi, literally steps way, Staff were helpful, needed more staff at reception though and wish they had area to change into Ihram as check out is mid day.

Location of the property is just steps away which is amazing. Staff of the hotel is great, I had a late flight and was able to check out around 4pm.
