Food was delayed. Dinner was served at 8.35 pm & breakfast was served at 8.25 am (despite their assurance that it'll be served at 8 am as I had a visa appointment at 9). Menu was average. Expected local delicacies but was served North Indian food as cooks, bearers and everybody there is from the North

Hotel location is good.

1.staff were not helpful. 2.Breakfast time should be at least till 10.30. 3. Room was very small. 4. Basement parking staff were watching phone, they didn’t help us even for parking and to get our luggage. 5. Asked for fruits during breakfast which was over but they didn’t bother to get it even after asking twice.

We stayed in Hotel Silver Cle on 12 and 13 August. Stay was comfortable. Food was good. Location of the hotel and overall service is excellent. 5 mins walk from Metro station made our city commute really easy.

There was nothing to like about the property

The rooms are too small for a small family with a kid. No proper room service. Booking.com has wrongly rated the property. The hotel management has many people taking decisions, none of them are capable enough to take care of the customers. The bathroom has no exhaust, you feel suffocated when having a shower. Basic facilities like flush for the toilet and fridge was not working on arrival. Would never want to repeat my stay here, you can get a Holiday-Inn express for the same price and room size.

Very courteous and helpful staff. The facility was clean and quiet.

The location is off the main street, so getting there is through narrow winding roads that are full of potholes. A few times the streets leading to the hotel was flooded and nearly couldn't reach the hotel. They don't accept international credit cards, so unless you carry a big stack of cash or a kind friend with a local account you might run into a little bit of trouble with the payment.

Draingae smell was stinking the bathroom the whole morning. No space for extra bed. Unwanted utilities like stove, microwave oven-nobody uses.

Beds could be bigger but considering other good things it could be neglected. Overall a gr8 stay in terms of other facilities and services

New hotel, clean rooms, comfortable bed, central AC with remote to operate, microwave oven, balcony. Basement car parking available though very tight for medium to large size cars. It would be great when they allow to use gas stove which is there in the room but somehow they didnt allow this time saying they are yet to get fire department certificate.

Bed size is queen but listed as king. Although on complaining they gave additional bed. Room service need huge improvements, they did not refill tea, sugar, milk powder sachets even on request during 3nights of our stay. Even though they have option to order food, they insisted to go for breakfast per person option than simple a-la carta order and denied our request. Food whatever we ordered was not upto the mark. They took forever to send a bell boy to help with our luggage so we had carry our own.

It was a very excellent hotel, it was very comfortable and clean, and everyone in the hotel treated them very well. The cooks were delicious, and the service was also very excellent.

I am speechless because I received the most amazing and extraordinary experience at this hotel. They are much better than any five-star properties in Hyderabad. With no doubt, I recommend everyone to stay at this property and you will not be disappointed. The rooms are extremely clean, the linen is clean and top quality, the Breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are very courteous and polite. Ravi Verma hotel manager is simply a superb guy. 1. Selection at the Breakfast buffet could be better however the dishes served are super delicious. 2. Adding juice and some fresh fruits to the Breakfast buffet is something to consider 3. Have some house rules because some guests are disturbing by being noisy during midnights particularly at 12 midnight and 2 am
