Старые, заезженные апартаменты. Ужасно грязно, холодильник не закрывался, полы липкие (сами долго их отмывали, чтоб нормально можно было ходить). Кровати не удобные. Цена абсолютно не соответствует качеству.

Nothing at all

Place was not cleaned before our arrival which was at 20:30+. There were no sheets , towels , toiler paper in the apartment and the trash from the previous ones were still there. Owner was informed but was unresponsive. I called booking to form a complain on the same day and after the complain owner texted to say that there is something wrong with the apartment without offering a solution and telling us that the cleaning lady will come the next day. We asked for clean sheets towels to at least spend the night which were sent right before midnight. Next day the clean lady never came so I asked for the reason and to this day owner is unresponsive again. I asked for a cancellation and a full refund as the apartment did not provide the agreed and displayed facilities. Owner again is unresponsive and still waiting feedback on my request and explanations .

A modern apartment that is clean, very roomy and extremely well situated for anything going on at EC HQ. (7 minutes from metro Schuman). Coffee shops and lots of trendy restaurants just a few minutes away, some quite good. There's a handy mini-supermarket just opposite.

I wondered if this was a recent addition to the site, as there were some logistics hiccups (we hadn't received the key information, and a change in our arrival times + number was juggled). But the host responded quickly to our phone call and things got set right promptly. The apartment is (a bit curiously) utterly devoid of any homey touches. As in: nothing at all on the walls; zero plants, strict minimum of rugs, etc.). That wasn't an issue for us, just odd. Maybe decorators will come in at a later stage (?). Very hard beds, but that's preferable to too soft, right?

Spacious. Good layout for shared living (door off to bed room corridor). Close to Ekkt and Carrefour. Nice lounge area. Big table for eating / working

Cracked & chipped plates/dishes. Dirty (inside) fridge and over frozen freezer (not useable) Not clear instructions for key / access (which door inside is the flat & which is the neighbour!!
