Staff are okay, the dinner at night was okay, not much vegetables but filling enough. My wife just told me that a member of staff shouted at her when she didn't realise that you had to pull across the lift/elevator rail door on leaving it.

The hotel lies about its location, it is not particularly near the airport. I don't know how they get away with the totally misleading map which suggests that it's only about 1k or less. When I booked, in very late December '23, it was over 70 euro for a night. You can get 5 STAR HOTELS in Hyderabad for €80!!!! This is an outrageous price for an awful room, worse than a hostel. Booking.com has really left its users/customers down with its vetting of this hotel. Some of the reviews are outrageous LIES which have obviously been put up by their friends or maybe themselves. I'll NOT be using booking.com until it is removed from the site (even though through circumstances related to friends, I did use it again for Hyderabad).

After a slightly grumpy start (well it was 03.30 in the morning), the staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t stay for breakfast, but the room looked significantly nicer than the hotel room I stayed in.

I chose to stay here because it appears to be only 500m from the airport on the map. Indeed it is listed as being airport zone. It is not. It is 4 miles away. I walked to where it was shown on the map to find that this was an area of wasteland. Eventually about an hour after I originally left the airport, I ended up in a taxi to it. The room was small, and very tatty. I was unable despite leaving the tap on for several minutes to get hot water out of the shower head. The air conditioning was exceptionally noisy, although I managed to sleep fitfully, probably because I was so tired. The room smelt quite strongly of disinfectant when I arrived, but a few hours later had an odour of poorly functioning drains.

Die Lage war ok, aber weiter vom Flughafen als ich erwartet habe. Die Mitarbeiter waren bemüht, alles richtig zu machen.

Die Dusche war einfach Indisch, was mich überrascht hat. Sauberkeit war auch nicht gross geschrieben.

Location was good, it was beside highway.

One of the staff was little creepy, he would try to intrude the room and started in creepy way. Which made me uncomfortable as i am a female solo traveler

Nothing to like

Was asked to go to another hotel when I arrived at 2am. The other hotel, where I stayed in was below average. Room was poor, no towels, toilet was dirty. I wouldn't even pay 1000 for it. Only reason they get away with charging 2500 is due to its proximity to the airport. Not worth is

very average and no variety.pretty much showing that they are not very keen to make you comfortable . Got a feeling that reserving the accomodation through booking.com was a disadvantage ....on the whole nothing is likeable .

the property is run down . bathrooms are untidy and unhygenic. very ill equipped and dirty. Bed /mattresses are unkempt and suspected bed bugs.... strongly recommend that booking.com recluse from patronising this property lest you lose reputation. will never recommend to any friend or foe.... it was overall a bad choice and experience ...thank god it was only overnight stay

This property is fraud. I have booked the property 3 days in advance and also got the confirmation thru booking.com. Even I personally called the property 2 days prior to my arrival and got the written confirmation towards the booking but at the last moment just few hours of my arrival to the property got the message from the hotel that they don’t have any rooms. Upon calling them and asking them where now I will go early morning at 3, the answer I got that they don’t take booking’s seriously if booked thru Booking.com.

Upon check-in, the hotel staff failed to provide a receipt for the payment and demanded an amount greater than what was displayed on Booking.com. Additionally, the room was plagued by an unpleasant odor and exhibited poor cleanliness standards. Both the air conditioning and heating units were malfunctioning, and the bed linens were not in a clean state. Repeated requests for a payment receipt were met with unsatisfactory responses from the hotel staff.
