Super easy check-in. The room was really clean and the location was a great. Just a short walk to Fenway Park and shops and restaurants.

It was a mediocre stay. The room and bathroom are small. There was also a dirty mark on the comforter which is gross. It got loud at night since it was close to a college.

The internet was not working during our stay. Noone responded to our messages about it.
There is a garbage truck picking up garbage at 5.30 in the morning and it's quite loud and makes it very hard to sleep.

Great location! Right next to a park and close to the city center. The room was small but fine. The shower was excellent. However, the downside is that the hotel has no reception. There is no human contact. I mention this because I arrived in Boston at 8 a.m., and check-in wasn’t until 4 p.m. I went to the hotel after leaving the airport to see if I could at least leave my bags while waiting for check-in time. Nothing. No one to assist me. I ended up walking around the city in the drizzle, carrying my luggage. Around 12 p.m., after walking for four hours with my bags and feeling exhausted from a 10-hour flight, I returned. Fortunately, Anabel, a cleaning staff member, helped me out and allowed me to store my luggage in the room. Kudos to Anabel for the assistance! But negative points for Maverick Suites: this experience was awful due to the lack of customer service structure at the hotel.

The place and experience overall is perfect, great furniture, everything super clean and the instructions were very clear. It is advisable to always be checking your email for notifications specially if you come outside de US. Read the instructions very carefuly if you don't want to have any inconvenience.

I did not recieve the final email with the codes (went to junk mail) and did not have entrance code or wifi codes and they did not answer the phone or call back. Eventually, I got them to give me the wifi code so I would find thier email but the whole thing was a waste of time and stressful. They need to have someone answer the phone and make commen sense judgments about sharing wifi codes etc.

I am not a traveler and when I got there and there was no front desk - I was shocked! But every time I sent a message it was answered in a timely matter! After the initial shock of no front desk. It was great!

This was perfect for a quick trip to Boston with my daughter to visit BU and Northeastern. The location was excellent and though the room was small it was just enough for us for two nights.

Fought next door to Berklee and Boston Conservatory. Very clean mix of early American architecture and modern conveniences. Will definitely be back when it's time to visit again.

We had a great stay. Unfortunately the lamp over the bed did not work and we couldn’t read. We reported it our first morning, but it did not get fixed. That being said, we would gladly return. It is a great place.

Very disappointing. For the price I expect a little bit of service. No lobby. No restaurant. No bar. No people! No one to even say hello. You are totally on your own. Let yourself in. See no one. Ever! Room was nice but it’s a room with a bed. “View” was an alley with a garbage truck outside our window every morning at 6:00am. Would definitely not recommend unless you are a recluse.

The property is very nice and well-maintained. The apartment we stayed in was very small, iif you are just using it to shower and sleep it's perfect! It was just my son (17) and we were gone most of the day so it worked out. The apt has everything you need but it was smaller than I expected but very nice and clean. It does have AC but I believe it's controlled were it goes off and on and during the night I would prefer it to stay on at all times, we did get hot a bit. That would be my only compliant, aside from that I was happy with my stay.

My daughter and I went to a concert at Fenway. This was a perfect location for walking to the park, restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay again.

Great room within walking distance of a beautiful part of the city. I’ll recommend this place to any individuals or couples that are visiting Boston. Reasonable prices as well given the price of all the other hotels in the area.

The location was excellent and very close to plenty of food, activities. Communication was quick and accommodations were great. Was impressed with how clean it a was and the Mini kitchen area would be very useful if staying for multiple days. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

We loved this place! It is a beautiful area of Boston right in the heart of the Berklee College of Music. The building is super cute inside and out. The room was very clean. We were able to find parking in a nearby garage with the help of the concierge and Fenway (where we were seeing a concert) was just a short walk away. We walked to a fabulous bagel and coffee shop for breakfast before heading out of the city. I will definitely stay here again!

Fantasic room! We choose this spot as it was walking distance to MGM venue at Fenway, as well as walking distance from Symphony Station on the Green Line.

Good location, well appointed and very clean rooms. Pricier rooms generously sized, cheaper rooms quite small. Good to have a microwave. Not having any staff onsite (apart from cleaners) isn’t ideal when you need some help, advice or recommendations. Generally messages would be responded to, but not always straight away. When changing from one room to another I was initially given the wrong door code and it took several hours to resolve - it was eventually resolved (thank you!) but would have been so sooner if someone was there.

Nice modern room in a beautiful old building in a location walkable to many interesting neighborhoods and the Emerald Necklace parks.

Nice setting, across the street from a park. Some jazz clubs within easy walking distance. I checked in after hours, and left early, so I never saw another human being, except for one or two other guests, But everything worked very smoothly.
