My only complaint was the late noise in the hallways but I understand that those responsible were removed from the hotel. Still could have used a good nights sleep before getting on the road.

asked for room on main floor and they put us next to pool and was so noisy and kids in there screaming til 10 pm and night attendant was not helpful at all - No hello can i help you or go away just not pleasant. my daughter asked her for milk to take her pills and said you didn't have any. i know other places will get one from breakfast area. really you charge enough for room and can't give her a milk? there were kids running up and down hall ways screaming and making a mess at the coffee bar and no parents around. very frustrating

This hotel was not very clean. There was stains on the carpet, the bed was okay, the shower was dirty.

We had a 1 am check in. They treated us as if it was a normal check in time. It went smoothly and quick.

We travel with kids, and one of our most important aspects is for the hotel to be clean and safe. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fabulous. The breakfast was one of the best ones that we've had from a budget hotel.

Pool area needs some attention, didnt have enough towels in room for family of 4, and under the sink cabinet and top of bed frame it was dirty/dusty.

Room was clean. Bed was nice and comfortable. Our room was in the center with the window facing the pool room. The ac under the window pulled the humid air in from the pool room. That made it uncomfortable. Nice selection for breakfast. Easy check in and out. Upon return for our next visit, we'll be asking for an external room.

We could not get into room after multiple attempts. Keys not working. Multiple waits in check in lines. 20 minutes each time

I moved my room 4 times due to inconveniences with the property and management. Went into room seen urnie filled sheets, bugs in bed, door key would deactivate. Hotel workers were VERY EXTREMELY Rude!

A good stay for 2 families with small children. The kids really had a great time at the pool! Front desk manager was helpful and accommodating!

Overall, pretty nice hotel. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. My complaints would be that the bathroom/shower was very small. Also, if you want quiet, request a room not connected to the pool area. That got a little noisy earlier than I thought it would.

Nice hotel with good amenities. Heated light in the bathroom was a nice surprise! Pool was awesome and warm, hot tub was amazing. Very loud all through the night though, bring a sound machine! Breakfast was delicious, but drink machine was broken during our stay which sucked. Clean and comfortable beds. Would def stay again!

The room was clean, but only had a shower and no bath. The pool was really nice and the hot tub was a really nice touch.
