Great only complaint would be limited parking in the parking garage and near the building that we were staying, which is located on the beach. We often had to park far away, but overall it was a great stay.

The room was comfortable and clean, mostly quiet - there was some noise from nearby construction, but didn't disturb us or keep us from sleeping. Atmosphere in restaurants was nice. Loved the Upper Deck - so beachy! Limited menu at Dempsey's but what we had was good. Wasn't impressed with the breakfast buffet; too limited in selections. No noise from adjoining rooms. And of course, the beach is fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a good trip. I would recommend.

We had a great stay. The staff was wonderful and the landscape was very nice at the hotel.

We stayed here because this is where we stayed 5 years ago and loved it, but it’s went downhill quickly. No cleaning service was provided for our entire 4 night stay. There were 2 or 3 friendly employees and the rest acted annoyed when you ask them anything. We also watched a drone hover around our balcony until we spotted it, and it was flown away. The grounds and gardens that used to be so pretty have been neglected and are dirty and full of weeds. It’s also almost impossible to find parking. The view from the room was nice. The air conditioner worked. So there’s some good.

Nice place, easy access to beach. Our view was okay, paid for ocean, got view of mainly lower roof with someone's dirty clothes tossed out. I was surprised by the filled in pool. pics online indicated it was a pool in the courtyard. There are two nice pools on property. Staff was nice. Easy in and out, some parts of the building are showing age, online it inferred the room was new in 2024, but nothing overly impressive. Beach was easy and clean, parking was safe with security guard overnight. Overall a good stay.

My brothers and I decided to take a weekend getaway to the beach in the Fort Walton Beach area. I did a quick search on Hotels.com and found a great deal at the Four Points Sheraton hotel and was blown away by the staff and property. It looks a bit outdated on the outside but the inside was extremely nice. The bedding was comfortable and we were right on the beach! It was quiet and peaceful and there’s a bar and grill on the property. I forgot to mention upon arrival we were offered bottles of complimentary water too!! There was a buffet breakfast, which was a bit pricey in my opinion, but there were other options if you didn’t want the buffet. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and will definitely be back.

I'm sorry to say this was a poor experience, especially for what you pay to stay here. My family and I got two rooms. One of the rooms was not ready at check in and they made us wait for it to be ready before getting the key to the other room. They did not explain why it was not ready or apologize. In one room, the bed had blood stains on it and it took several hours and several requests to get new bedding, but they just dropped it off and left, instead of taking the dirty bedding and making the bed for us. The lighting in the rooms so bad, you can hardly see at times. Our phone didnt work at all. The body wash was out at the other room and it took a day and half and asking to see a manager to get some more (after many requests to housekeeping). We never got any housekeeping in the second room despite calling and going to the front desk to ask for it several times. By the end of the trip, we had no clean towels, no clean sheets, trash piling up everywhere (we had to find some bags on our own to take it out ourselves), no shampoo, no conditioner, no body wash, a broken phone still, and no bags to fill our ice bucket with. It was impossible to get ahold of a manager and when we finally got someone to bring sheets to the other room, they just left them on the bed for us to take the dirty sheets off and put new ones on. The pools never had lights on in the evenings or nights, even though they all came equipped with lights. The hotel itself is pretty run down and I'm not fancy.

This hotel was exactly what we were expecting it to be. Definitely recommend

Wonderful , clean , friendly staff. Great access to clean nice beach and close to everything. Never even had to leave . Everything we needed was there . Great food fun times . Will be back

It was lousy since they lost our reservation and we had to find another hotel.

Property was very quiet. Easy access to the beach! If you looking for a quiet get away and steps to the beach this is your place for sure.

What I like about the property is you can walk right outside to the beach ocean view is beautiful however there was no cable the whole time of my stay arriving the front desk they did not even state that they did not have cable also found the next morning a one gallon of water up under the bed an iron did not work as well just soo very dissatisfied.

Parking is VERY limited . Had to walk such a long way because their covered parking only holds several cars . Rooms were okay , nothing fancy but clean and beds were comfortable . Towels smelled absolutely horrible! Didn’t care to try restaurants there or the bar area . For the price we expected more . Did enjoy the closeness to the beach but will spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else next time

I stayed here with my family for spring break. The hotel appeared to be nice and right on beach. The staff was very friendly and I told my wife for the price, I think we made a great choice. However, after night number two, we woke up in the morning and noticed at the end of the bed where my feet were laying all night was a dried blood stain on the sheet. I immediately looked at my feet and legs to see if I was bleeding anywhere and after my wife examined me I discovered that these sheets were never changed. I slept in dirty sheets with someone else’s DNA. I was very upset! I called downstairs and spoke with the manager who offered me that she would change my sheets and we could get a free breakfast for me and the family. I got off the phone with her and spoke with her boss who advised me since I booked through a third party like Expedia there wasn’t much they could do for my awful experience. She later said she contacted Expedia and can give me a refund for one night, plus free breakfast, and a gift basket that had candy in it. I told my wife we will never stay here again!!!! I appreciate the free night and gift basket, but in my opinion that wasn’t enough for sleeping in blood all night!

I booked the property the Expedia and on the final day of our stay, before check-out, the front desk called to say that I had a balance and should not have been allowed to check in. I assured the clerk I would call Expedia to get the corrected information for the virtual card that was used to book the stay. Immediately after our talk, the front desk rep attempted to charge my card without permission. Aside from her inconsiderate and unprofessional behavior, the stay overall was great. The rooms were clean. They brought up additional towels upon request. The facility was very clean and comfortable. It's close to several restaurants, and the hotel that's on site was wonderful with very friendly staff.
