I am a frequent guest at this particular property. In fact, I have stayed 70 plus nights during the past year. It's a no frills place, however the rooms are clean, adequate size, and very comfortable. The staff are amazing, and frequently go out of their way to assist guests. It's close to I-90, and a large casino. The downtown areas, and waterfront are about 15 minutes away by car. Highly recommended, in comparison to other area motels.

Was not happy that the staff began vacuuming rooms at 7am when check out is at 11. Also unsatisfied that they shut off the television at 9am when again check out is 11. Rooms were okay but not like the pictures that are posted.

There is big disconnect between this hotel and the call center. I booked a stay on Saturday and I called in to extend to the Friday before because my flight came in early. I discussed with the worker I was coming in Friday and set up my reservation to be Friday and Saturday. I get into town the front desk worker said my reservation was for Thursday and they didn’t have anything in the system for Friday but my Saturday reservation was still there. So I was charged for that Thursday that i didn’t stay there and they couldn’t refund that transaction. So I had to pay a higher rate for Friday instead of the one that was offered too me. And then Saturday comes around and they call me saying I was supposed to check out, then upgrade my room on Saturday. So now I’m lost because I already paid for Saturday but they are saying I have to pay for that day as well. Both workers were rude and only cared about getting more money. They wanted me to pay more but unable to refund me the payment I made. I paid a total of 300 dollars for a 2 day stay that should have been around 180. I’m not sure whose managing or running this place but is very unprofessional and a rude staff. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

The loud thumping in the parking lot till midnight no respect then husband had to take me to hospital to get to surgery on time and had to leave to come back to check out very inconvenient

The staff was very nice, it was recently renovated with new mattress new air-conditioning new TV bathroom was clean and updated as well.

Very...very clean and updated ! The only complaint we had was the bathroom was really tiny and the toilet was very low to the ground.

My parents and I had stayed at this property many times when I attended university in the area and we always had great things to say about it. Unfortunately, during this trip, we were not impressed. I tried calling this property several times before checking in and the staff did not answer their phone. They also did not answer when calling from the room. I I had to go to the front desk to request an extra blanket and waited over 30 minutes for it to arrive. It never came. Also had a number of noisy guests yelling in the hallway at night on the second floor. Rooms were clean and adequate for our one night stay but we will not be returning to this property again.

We’ve stayed here several times. An older red roof in with nice clean, fresh smelling rooms. The price can’t be beat. Can’t get more convenient to I90.

I originally booked a 2 night stay but after failing to get any sleep the first night because you can hear everything in that hotel at night (dogs barking, people coming and going, some lady getting railed). I decided to check out early to find a quieter hotel somewhere else. I asked for a refund for the second night, but the staff “couldn’t reach a manager”. So I paid double price for the worst stay I’ve ever had. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it’s some sort of escort blow and go haven with that amount of nightly foot traffic and I was mistaken to assume it was a place a traveler could get some rest.
