Room is small, matress too soft with concave in the middle. Lots of crows outside made it really loud for 2 nights. Service is good. Location good.

I've stayed here before and in the same room. Last time was great. This time the room next to mine was really loud. I got woken up early in both mornings. I had food delivered to the hotel and the front desk never called me to let me know it had arrived. I had to call the restaurant to find out if had been delivered. When I went down to get it they asked me for my room number which tells me they knew where it was supposed to go and had the attitude like they were not going to call my room but wait to see and hoped that I wouldn't come pick it up. They also were laughing the whole time. Also when I first entered the room the thermostat was set to 28'C. It was crazy hot. Not too impressed this time around. No one asked me how my room was or if I was enjoying my stay. Last time I'll stay at the simon hotel.

We had a suite and it was great - facing the walkway by the river. Unfortunately we were there on Labor Day and not much was open, including area restaurants. However, the meals at the hotel restaurant were excellent and reasonable and the service was excellent, as well.
The only disappointment was that they charged us for parking each day when we were originally told it was included in our daily fee.

The hotel was nice and clean. Parking was extra. Everything else was good. Conveniently located along the boardwalk near the big Sydney sign.

I requested a harbour view room and was not disappointed. It overlooked the newer boardwalk into Sydney Harbour and it was glorious. The room was spotless, a separate sitting area and dining table, plenty of room to work, bed was soft and comfortable with big big windows to see out Fridge, bar sink, wine if you want it (for a charge) and room service from the restaurant

Two TVs, one in the bedroom. Nice size and good selection of channels. Two things were not good, the bed sagged quite a bit. Mattress should be replaced, and the towels were small and not very thick. We had nicer towels in all the other places we stayed in, even though this was the most expensive place.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area is very quiet, right on the water, and within a 5 minute walk to a few very good restaurants like Governor's, and Flavor on the Water.

The hotel has been renovated and refurbished and is very nice. The reception was very friendly and efficient. The room was a suite and was lovely. The view was amazing. Our only complaint was with housekeeping. There are a lot of conditions on the type of service they provide. We asked for the standard service and no change of sheets but change of towels only. The beds were made but not very completely and the in room coffee was never provided except on the first day. There is coffee provided at the lobby level and I took advantage of this service.
