The staff were very lovely and the hotel was clean. We will definitely stay again when we are in Sydney. Close to all the fun of Sydney.

Great location. It was close to everything that we needed during our stay.
We were on the ground floor. It felt kind of damp. The fridge in our room was rather loud. May need to be replaced.

It is centrally located and easy to find. Our room was very clean and quiet but not overly spacious The bed was very comfortable . The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. An adequate hot breakfast was available at a reduced price for hotel guests but this was not mentioned when we checked in although there was a small sign which I noticed by chance.
We have stayed here several times and are always satisfied with our visit.
It is puzzling to me that a room with two beds, rented to two people, consistently has only one chair. One guest must always perch on the side of the bed or lay out flat on the bed! My request for an extra chair was not fulfilled.
We stayed two nights and our room was not refreshed after our first night. The front desk provided coffee pods etc for our second morning.
I kind of miss the breakfast in a bag provided during Covid restrictions. It was certainly adequate , convenient and free.

The bathtub very dangerous. It was very slippy. I actually slipped and fell out of tub. Thankfully I wasn't hurt.

Free parking, easy to access hotel right along the way to the waterfront.
Very dated, had a marijuana smell waft into the room at 3am. Very thin walls and could hear a lot of the neighbours conversations. Was quite a walk to the wharf so stay further down Kings Rd if that’s your goal. The toilet was also dirty when used the first time.

BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD AND REASONABLY PRICED
THERE WAS A PARTY GROUP IN THE YARD DOWN FROM OUR WINDOW THAT LASTS LONG INTO THE NIGHT. THEY WERE A BIT LOUD AT TIMES.

Our beds didn't have duvets but only sheets and a thin blanket. The bagged breakfast, while appreciated, is not great.

great location, few minutes can get shoppers, superstore, Walmart, sobeys. Room has their own style, it's funny and cute.
Maybe just during weekend kids staying in other room was super noisy. And in my room can hear everyone passing by the stairwell until late midnight.Can't sleep well.

The bed in 225 was terrible. We slept in a hole all night. There were no decent chairs to sit in, there was an old chaise lounge that was very uncomfortable and not orientated conveniently in the room. As frequent visitors to this hotel we were not given our requested room the last 2 times.

Location is convenient, breakfast is basic, other places we stay offer a hot breakfast sandwich. Did not get the room we requested.

Breakfast was 'to go' in a bag, no kitchen facilities.....it was ok, lots of sugar. Beds were comfy and front desk guy was very nice.
Pool was not operational....Too cold to swim even for our kids...No pumps were running.
Lots of signs of neglect and contractors that finished things unprofessional.

Dirty, bugs in the jacuzzi , dust all over the walls, beside the toilet looks disgusting. Was not worth the 200$ we spent in all honesty
