Our stay at the Red Lion was wonderful as usual. The room was clean and inviting. We enjoyed the Christmas lights on the property.

This was the worst experience of hotel stays that I have endured! Dealing with mice infestation at my home and then weather causing a power outage (at a very early hour of the day) I need a reprieve.
I went online at hotels.com, checked for availability and found that there were pet friendly rooms available at Red Lion inn and suites in bend Oregon. To be sure that I could check in at that hour though since it was really early, I called the establishment and explained my situation, they said they would be happy to help me!
Upon arrival I was hit with multiple fees that I did not expect so I did not get to make it a two nights stay.
After settling in and walking my dog I sat down to eat breakfast and watch a little television. The screen was blank. I looked in the back of it and it was destroyed, they were exposed wires The box was broken and etc. I called The front office immediately and told him of the situation. They said they would send maintenance as soon as they could.
Maintenance arrived and took about an hour to fix the television.
My ride decided it was time for him to go home and he left. Not even 3 minutes after, to my total surprise.. The maintenance man open my door without notice or knocking, he looked around, stared at me and just stood there. I yelled for him to shut the door. He did.
The first lady at the desk told me he had Alzheimer's, gave me some free Skittles and a late checkout. The morning manager refused to tell me why.. she said it was her busin

Check in was easy, parking was convenient, staff was pleasant. The building is old and could use some refreshing. It's located at a busy intersection near the hwy so quite a bit of traffic noise. Breakfast was really good and quite popular.

It was very convenient to where we were going in Bend and close to the expressway. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices frommhearty biscuits and gravy to bagels and yogurt, eggs, bacon!

Hotel was very clean but the door to the room had a quarter inch gap under it. Located right off the main roads so very loud at night. Pictures of pool area online are nothing like the pool area when you see it in person.

Liked the remote was wrapped up to show cleaned. Didnt like all the wall lamps adjusted all different showing use.

The hotel is on a busy road, so you do hear a lot of road noise. It has a great dog area if you are traveling with your pets. The front desk check in was easy and the woman checking us in was very pleasant. The breakfast was typical with eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, bread, bagels, coffee, etc. However, breakfast ended at 9 am and the staff immediately put things away at that time, including utensils as people were still getting their food. So you will go hungry if you show up at 9:01. I’ve never seen a hotel do this. They even put the coffee away. It made you feel very unwelcome. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, they were just okay. All in all, it was an average stay

This motel is very nice even though it is an older property. This is our 2nd stay here this year. We needed an accessible room for my husband on the bottom floor. Also they allowed us to have our Chihuahua. We will stay here again.

Good location but a somewhat older property needing some maintance. Door had a gap allowing knats to enter and gather at lights, bathroom needed some caulking. Maybe pressure wash the outside. Having said that there was a great bed, curtains, tv and staff.

Upon arrival we discovered our bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Seems like the cleaning team would have discovered this while cleaning. Property employees responded quickly to fix the issue.

Good value. Spacious room with updated amenities. Property was clean and quiet. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was actually a big spread on Saturday at least, including waffles, eggs, bacon and much more.
