The pool was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our last day before flying back home after a roadtrip in Arizona.

My stay would have been fine, except the shower temp couldn't be adjusted. It was either cold or scalding. I reported it in the morning and couldn't shower because I couldn't wait for service due to having to leave for work. I hadcto take a sponge bath using the sink. I texted back and forth with the hotel and I was told someone would call me. No one did. I got back to the hotel around 5:00 p.m. Nothing had been done. When I reported it to the front desk, they got someone to work on it. At about 8:30 p.m., it was fixed. However, the bathroom floor was dirty with dirty towels on it. The toilet seat and the lid were wet and the towel hook was dangling from the wall. Another issue was the poor service in the restaurant. I mentioned to a server that one of the seats at our table was wet. After asking three or four times to deal with it, we had to exchange it out with another chair ourselves. The service was extremely slow and the food was average. At a time when I really needed to get some sleep, I wasn't able to because of the slow response regarding the shower and dinner taking far too long to be served.

Short stay but like to go back again

A very relaxing place to stay near airport. Couldn't have asked for more.

Friendly, had a room available early - allowed us to check in, bar/food always good!

Great place to stay near the airport with a free 24 hour shuttle that leaves every half hour. Good dining option and room service until 10 pm. I didn't get to use the pool but I was told the hours are 7am-10pm, so maybe next time! Very clean facilities and lots of snack and beverage options in the 24 hr shop.

The breakfast didn’t even have bread. Very cheap and poorly run hotel !

Hilton facility and staff are fine but $10 parking charge is a rip off. More of the “hidden fees” that hotel chains just can’t help themselves from charging. Not sure I will patronize this Hilton again. Depends on competition in the area.

My biggest thing is that the staff didn’t seem to be super friendly at all. They were like talking to robots half the time.

When I checked into my room, I was shocked to find that it had clearly not been cleaned properly. There was used soap in the bathroom, a used glass, and wrappers lying around. It was obvious that someone had been in the room before me—maybe they checked in, used the room, and then moved, but the hotel failed to clean the room afterward. When I called down to the front desk to report this, instead of addressing the issue, they gaslighted me by insisting that no one had been in the room before me. This dismissive and unprofessional response is unacceptable. If you're considering staying here, I strongly advise against it. The lack of cleanliness and poor customer service make it clear that this hotel does not prioritize the comfort or safety of its guests. I will not be returning and recommend you look elsewhere for a stay in Phoenix.

Good place to stay while in Phoenix. However, they have a cafe shop with no clerk. Waited forever and no one came so we left. Why have it open if noone will be there for customers. Love the 24 hour airport shuttle service give a 10 there.

Always try to stay here when flying out of PHX. All around great place to stay. Great service. Great on site food and bar. Nice stress-free environment prior to a flight out.

The staff is great. However I have never paid this much forca hotel room and still required to pay for parking and every hotel I have stayed in for the last 15 years has had some sort of breakfast. This hotel does not. Even though they have a restaurant on site.

Cleanliness was top notch and I am picky about that. Pool was great. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the restaurants were amazing. Ive never reviewed a hotel before but felt compelled too. The staff was excellent!

Room could use a little update but it was nice for the most part.

I was assigned a room that was very far away from the elevator. There was loud banging in the hotel around 3:30 am for almost an hour. The room was dark, no overhead lights, only a few dim (atmospheric) lamps. But the restaurant was good!
