No breakfast, next door is an open concert that goes on till around 11 pm

The staff was awesome. We got in early and they were still able to get us a room. Breakfast is a bonus and really good location for touring the city

It was my second stay there. It was another great stay. Great location. There was sand in my bed not from us...but i we will stay agian. Parking on sight and grocery store attached. So convenient

I arrived 30 min after check in time, waiting over 130min to check in due to the hotel workers on strike. Hotel tried to book me another hotel but i refused due to being in a large group event also staying in the hotel and area. no room service or breakfast or discounts during entire stay. Loud hotel union strike outside hotel with music , horns, and much more. Unpleasant stay.

I didn't stay this property due to the employee strike and they have offered me an another place to stay. Staff were good and called me in advance about this change and very considerate during that chaotic time.

Breakfast was supposed to be included there was an issue and couldn’t be served we payed the sewer backed up and the entire property smelled there’s no help to room no one answered phones it was a horrible experience

There was human feces on the sidewalk. We live in a major city and actually like noise/liveliness and diversity. This hotel and neighborhood were a sad dystopian nightmare.

There was also a music festival outside our window every night until 10pm, which meant my kids couldn’t sleep. The people on the streets were struggling with addiction, poverty and mental health. Unfortunately on the week of our vacation the employees were on strike so there were days they didn't offer breakfast but upon checking out we were compensated. Their breakfast didn't have a lot of choices which I was surprised because it's Hyatt.

As we checked in, staff went on strike - - 7 days with no breakfast, no cleaning, no towel exchange, no trash removal AND very little effort by hotel to “make it right” - - no staff for “breakfast included” so no breakfast but they sure did know how to overcharge for bottle of water and overpriced hotel shop snacks!
