Heater didn’t work. Got another room and the bed sheets were not clean and there was sweat and oil stains on them(fresh). There are people living at this hotel full time. Front desk person was awful. Do Not Stay Here!!!!!!

Seemed like a good deal on Expedia until we arrived. Check in girl made clear we would be charged for parking solely because we got a good deal on Expedia. Really lame snarky girl. Their website lists “complimentary parking” as one of the best benefits of staying there, lol. And Expedia prominently states price “includes all fees and taxes.” It is businesses like this that ruin life for everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Blu Pacific Hotel. The front attendant was so personable & thoughtful. Our room was clean, roomy & comfy. We will come back.

Everything was very good. Location was both good as it is close to the airport, but bad at the same time because of the noise of landing planes.

Exactly like the pictures. Friendly service and close parking to the rooms. Close to everything we wanted to do in Monterey, would book again!

The only pretty thing were the pictures you see in Expedia. But in person does not look the same. From the room, garden to lobby. Customer service socks, people next to us were very noisy. We paid more than $200. 00 for this tiny old room. I would not stay there again…!!

Loved the entire experience. Very clean inside and out. Landscaping is nicely done and the exterior of the buildings looked freshly painted. The property is older so if you're looking for a high end experience with marble flooring and wait staff, chase down some hotels off Cannery Row. Your money goes toward good location and decent basic amenities here. The few staff members we interacted with were friendly, helpful and had great customer service. The bathroom has nice soap, body wash and shampoo though we only had one wash cloth left for us the first night. Housekeeping was able to get us another with no issues but odd they didn't have two sets of towels for a king suite. The only thing that truly bothered my husband was the lack of TV channels available. Having a smart TV at home as spoiled us and what was available on the antiquated flat screen was basic channels from satellite, nothing else. We were on a budget this trip and wanted to stay local and this cute little hotel was perfect for our needs. We would definitely come back to this location for another stay.

The property is older so if you're looking for a high end experience with marble flooring and wait staff, chase down some hotels off Cannery Row. Your money goes toward good location and decent basic amenities here. The few staff members we interacted with were friendly, helpful and had great customer service.
