Beautiful space. Quick walk to the beach. Small restaurant with good tasting food. Staff were friendly.

It was amazing. It was few steps from the beach. Room is clean. I like the full mirror. And ocean front room. Room is a little bit small but has enough space for the luggage and plenty of drawers.

Excellent property. Beautiful private beach. Multiple pools including adults only area. Staff was amazing. Truly a resort that you could just show up with sunglasses and a bathing suit and enjoy.

Had a great stay for our one night stay. We had been in a high rise condo for 4 nights prior and wanted our last night to be closer to the beach. Nice facelift on an older property. Not too big and very easy to walk to restaurants nearby.

The checkin process and Front Desk help were very nice. The room was amazing and very clean. The restaurant needs better service. The wait times are long to get your food and there appeared to be only one cook in the kitchen as it is open to the customers so you can see there is only one cook. The bar seemed unorganized and short staffed. The biggest issue is the gate from the beach into the hotel. The tile is wet and full of sand and we saw many people slipping trying to get back inside the hotel. There needs to be waterproof mats on the tile. The "breakfast included" needs to be a buffet style or maybe less options if you are only going to have one cook. The private beach area was very nice, renting chairs was easy, although closing at 5pm seems early, especially on the weekends. I was told the rental company is not part of the hotel. Maybe they could run two shifts and provide chairs from sun up to sun down.

Overall a pretty good stay. We felt like house keeping was lacking as they just replaced towels daily and didn’t even vacuum up sand at all during our 5 day stay which was needed as it’s a beachfront property. I also hated the fact that you have to pay $15 a day just for parking.

The photos of this hotel are great; however the room should have been cleaner. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning and also a 1/2 gap under the door and could see daylight. Room was next to a maintenance room and was loud. I didn’t expect to 50/day for 2 chairs and an umbrella.

Great stay!

I was slightly disappointed for the price. The room and balcony were fairly small and not in the best condition to be newly renovated. Pillows were very small and uncomfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious but service was lacking. They appeared to be understaffed. Front desk staff was very polite and courteous. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

This place is beautiful. Oceanview was relaxing and serene. I appreciated the beach service and towels from front desk! Only downside was the water pressure in the shower. Other than this…WE LOVED IT!!!

This hotel was so nice! We have never stayed on Okaloosa Island before and I didn’t know the buildings are all only 6 floors high. That cut down on the overcrowding that you see at other beaches. We chose a balcony, beachfront, and the view was amazing! A very short walk to the ocean which was a huge plus! The onsite restaurant was so good too! We will be back.
