It was very good! The suite was very clean and comfortable. It was pet friendly too.

I was not treated like a welcomed guest. I have a reservation for 3 days. After the second day, I inquired about housekeeping, because shrimp shells in the trash stink. I was told rooms are cleaned once a week. The manager almost told me to take out my own trash, but seeing that I am elderly and on the third floor, he asked one of the two maids sitting around the lobby to take out the trash. Dishwasher was not emptied after the previous occupant, sink and refrigerator not cleaned after previous occupant. The door to my room didn't lock, so they had to move me. The back door off the street didn't lock unless you forced it. The rooms are big and nice but lacking in the basic niceties - there was only enough coffee for one pot, only one cake of soap for the dishwasher. The access panel to the DW kept falling against the fridge - just general issues with shoddiness. I would not stay here again.

So if you have a late flight and can't check in until after 8pm, they will just cancel your reservation without letting you know. Secondly, every wall and floor has some type of staining or just dirty. My first room I had had no hot water so I had to take a cold shower, and when I dried off with their towel, I immediately started itching. Lastly, the wall and ceilings are super thin. I had a crying baby right next door that felt like it was in my room, and I can hear ppl moving around above me. Please do not be fooled by the pictures they advertise because they don't show you how dirty it really is. It's a shame because it could actually be a nice place if they just cleaned it up. The only good part of my experience was the hotel manager. He was very nice and did the best he could trying to accommodating me by moving me to a different room (which didn't really help). I don't know if all of these hotels are this way, but I'll never stay at one again.

Derrick greeted upon arrival (the check-in area has a separate entrance from the rooms) and made quick work of checking me in. He had a great attitude and informed me of work being done on the property and asked me to let him know if anything was amiss. The room I was given was exactly like the picture, this property is truly like staying in an apartment. There were a few small issues (slow drip in tub, hinge area of toilet not cleaned, tub not rinsed out); however upon reading my initial review Derrick himself came to address these things. I would absolutely stay here again.

Could have been renovated or new construction recently, which was pleasing . Had all of tbe amenities needed for our stay. Quiet atmisphere. Close to shopping outlets. Will definitely stay again.

I like the kitchen. It is clean and has al of the necessary appliances. The mattress is also very comfortable.

Although this property is secluded it was a decent stay. It’s a newer property and hope that it can stay in good shape in the years to come. More outdoor seating would be nice. Too bad they did not add a pool. The keurig at front desk is handy and appreciate. The staff were nice.

You can hear the highway. It is not a huge deal & I would not let this deter a stay there. The staff are the hardest working staff I have seen in a long while. If you need anything they stop what they are doing to help. Seriously, they are lovely!!!

You need to place chairs in the laundry room, at least make the beds and empty the trash in the apartment.Everything else was okay. The staff were responsive to guests requests and very friendly.

The Stay apt was wonderful. For the except not having a pull out couch in the rooms as advertised in the amenities. That something that need to be addressed. Outside of this it was good. It would really be a plus if they added a pool.

If I had stayed longer would have had the opportunity to cook. Perfect establishment to stay at if here for more than a few days. The only thing I did not like was Expedia failed to advise there was a $250.00 incidentals hold so that was quite a surprise when checking in.
