Room was clean but the carpet wasn’t real clean. The room had a queen bed but only one chair for seating and the room had plenty of room for another chair and table. I asked at the desk about another chair but was informed that wasn’t an option. Our stay wasn’t terrible but could have been better. Very average hotel.

Great front desk staff. They actually read my preferences / special requests and pointed out to me how they met those requests. My only negative was the ac unit did not have a FAN ON CONTINUOUS setting. The 7 minute cycling of the system made sleeping difficult.

Great place for the price in expensive Durango. Right next door, there's an electrical contractor and they have $0.06 an hour EV charging at about 8 amps all day except 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., most of the day you can charge for almost nothing!

Nice enough place to stay a few nights. Rust spots in the bathtub was a bit off-putting however

We stayed 5 nights in a room with a king size bed. Every guest and staff member we met, from check-in to check-out including housekeeping and maintenance workers were friendly, kind, helpful and respectful toward all. The continental breakfast served in the dining area by front desk was stocked regularly throughout the breakfast period with many tasty options. They keep containers of coffee, hot & cold water, and a variety of dry mixes (cocoa, cider, etc.) in the lobby all day & night. All areas we saw, including lobby, hallways, elevator and rooms were clean and welcoming. Our comfortable mattress seemed brand new. If you need non-pet areas, perhaps due to allergies like we have, ask for a second or third floor room. The hotel is not far from the airport, nor from the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again in the future if we need a room to stay in Durango.

The room was clean other than the thick mold along the sides and bottom of the air conditioning unit. Having to put a $100 deposit down when not having pets seemed odd. Not a hotel I would stay at again.

Affordable and clean with a friendly staff.

The room and the furnishings in the room were excellent. And the staff was exceptional

Sitting right on the hwy. the noise was too much. However keeping the window closed helped tremendously. The breakfast was unappetizing at best.

Rooms are huge....definately old school. Perfect for what i paid... Everything is kept up.... Meaning, in great working condition! Staff is great and helpful.... Not stuck around their phones, they actually care and are grateful...photos are exactly what you get... Best value in Durango.

Decent for one night

Came the night before from a hotel at half the price and twice the quality. Was OK, but noisy.

For the price, really nice, clean, spacious room. Easy access, nice breakfast offerings & very helpful, friendly staff. Will be back!

Easy to get to but the rooms are somewhat outdated. The A/C was noisy when it kicked on during the night. It was adequate for the price. Just stayed one night.
