Clean and friendly staff. The parking lot gets full fast and rear parking lacks enough lights and gets shady if coming back late from an event.

Clean property with nice indoor pool, decent breakfast and good amenities. Grocery and cafes nearby. Friendly staff and quiet ambiance, fridge in room was spacious.

While it did not ruin our week away as a family, the experience with the Hampton Inn (Laval) very nearly did. The accommodations are tired but acceptable and the complimentary breakfast was okay. The trouble came with the use of the pool.
Although it is not advertised, the hotel opens its diminutive pool up to the community for swimming lessons. A charitable practice but not great for business. It is our understanding that the swimming instructors and students were to stay in half the pool and leave the other half for guests. Our children did their best to stay to their half and not disturb the other swimmers. We were proud of their courtesy. The swimming instructor shooed them out of the way and raised her voice at them to “stop!” when they were in her way. She made our children feel very unwelcome- surprising for hotel guests. On confrontation, the staff assured my wife they would look into it but then reported that it was the fault of our children.
We were disappointed. The hotel is okay but this customer service is a new low. Had we known about the availability of the pool, we would have chosen another hotel. And we certainly would have chosen another hotel based on the customer service we received!

Everything was very good except the ice machines on 3 floors did not work.

Hotel needs renovation and remove old smelly carpets . Also was problem with water pressure in shower .Beds were nice.All doors should be regularly cleaned. Breakfast was nice.
