Excellent staff

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment like hotel; the full kitchen is a treat allowing us to prepare our own meals; breakfast is nice with decent choices. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer; which is another big plus for our 6 weeks travel. We will choose this hotel again

Our self-contained apartment with balcony, on the top floor was perfect for us. It was completely quiet, clean and convenient to see the city centre. The staff were lovely. The restaurant was closed during our stay but that didn’t affect our stay. Highly recommended!

The Adina at Checkpoint Charlie was centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions. The reception staff were great and the apartment was perfect for my family, even with a relative visiting Berlin for one night. The washer and dryer were a god-send, too. The restaurant downstairs was closed but there were plenty of dining options close by.

These apartments are fabulous for a city break. Ample room and facilities. Excellent location in Berlin and excellent staff who were friendly and informative. Lovely stay and would highly recommend

The hotel room offers ample space and comprehensive amenities. It's conveniently situated near restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff, known for their amiable demeanor, ensured we had a pleasant evening.

Large rooms, but the rooms smelled strange (almost like mold or just in fact it was and former smokers room, dont know).

We were greeted by an amazing receptionist. Although our check in time was 3 am due to our train delayed, she informed us all the attractions places, things to do, etc. very friendly and professional. Thank you fedoua.

We stayed at Adina about five years ago and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, our recent stay in July 2024 did not meet the same standards. The rooms and furniture were worn, and the leisure areas were dirty and poorly maintained. Many of the plants in the courtyard were dead. Additionally, the staff seemed disinterested in assisting guests, with some even avoiding us. Until the management regains control, I will be staying elsewhere.

Excellent choice to stay in Berlin, about 15min walk to the main attractions. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Excellent hotel. Recommend staying at this hotel if in Berlin. We stayed 4 nights with two teenage children. Room was immaculate on arrival, the bonus was definitely the small kitchen area. We did make use of this throughout our stay. Wish I knew of this hotel when my children are younger. The kitchen has utensils, pots and pans etc. it had an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The hotel kindly leave washing liquid, dish cloths, dish towel and a couple dishwasher tablets. The room is cleaned every three days and you can request clean towels if you wish. The swimming pool and sauna were an added bonus! Very clean! Hotel is in a quieter area but within walking distance to everything. Lovely restaurants within 5 minute walk. Lidl is 2 minutes away which is very convenient. Potsdamer Platz is 15/20 minute walk away. Hotel is easy to get to via S-Bahn and U-Bahn from airport. Five minute walk from u-Bahn station. Highly recommend staying here.

I had a great stay at Adina apartments during my weeklong work trip. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and courteous. I look forward to staying at Adina again for my next trip to Berlin.
