I booked a room here for 1 night stay. I did mistakenly check only 1 guest instead of 2 when booking however nothing was mentioned at check in that there would be an extra charge for all inclusive for my wife and then when we check out got hit with another $348 charge. Nothing was mentioned about an additional charge on the website either because would have chosen another location if I have known about an extra charge. They couldn’t explain where they came up with this number. Really poor considering nothing was mentioned at check in or the website so had no idea of any extra charges. Zero explanation how the $348 charge was calculated

What a great place! Everything was clean, staff was great and best of all it was so quite and peaceful. Highly recommend a couples vaca!

Hello. I stayed at this property in July of 2023 and July 2024. This year (2024) was not the same, and it started with the rude guy at the check in desk. I simply stated to him that I absolutely loved the room that I had the previous year and if it was available, I would like to stay in it again. He instantly told me no, but other agents were telling me that the hotel was not booked on the first-floor room 3120. I didn't get VIP early check in- so I waited around and then a room became available around 2, I think he purposely delayed it. They no longer let you take the pizza to your room, I was shocked. Sometimes it's entirely too hot to eat out due to the humidity. I didn't get a complimentary bottle of wine like the year before and was told they are only served in the restaurants. I didn't have any snacks in room like before, I had to call for water and the snacks never came or the refill on coffee. I just notice the extreme price increase under new management! I hope you share my feedback with the hotel, as I don't think I was treated fair as a return guest. Thank you.

I really enjoyed the beautiful tropical paradise scenery. I also liked the different dining options, especially the restaurant overlooking the ocean.

We did not get VIP treatment, we did not get that bottle of wine. Food was average, no variety. Only two restaurants, and you have to stay in line every morning in the heat to make reservation for dinner. Never got the reservation time that we wanted, even when we came first in line on my birthday. The worker next to the pool took my umbrella away, and left me without shade, because according to the hotel standards we are allowed to have only one umbrella. Also, while she was moving umbrellas, she hit my husband in the head with that umbrella. The phone was not working properly in the room, the fridge was not stocked when we arrived. The curtains in the room had holes. Some people were smoking cigars in the non smoking pool, and playing music from their speakers. It was very disturbing. The servers next to the pool and on the beach were very nice. They made our stay feel a little more comfortable. We will not comeback to this hotel.
