Kim speaks very good English. Housekeeping staff were also very good at their work.

Excellent service and great amenities in a central location of the city. Loved the restaurant and rooftop bar area to get great views of the city.

It isn't okay Hotel but older style with wood panel rooms and I believe the pictures online do not portray a exact image of the hotel. The staff are super nice breakfast room is small but a great variety of foods. There is a rooftop bar but no specials or happy hours to attract the crowd so it's dead which is a shame because almost every small hotel similar to the Rex has promo drinks between four and six. I would not stay here again with other choices in Hanoi

Service was excellent our entire stay and the amenities were great to have. We especially liked the rooftop bar and restaurant with a great view of the city. Ms. Kim who helped us book our ha long bay cruise was attentive and communicated swiftly and easily. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Hà Nội old town, everything is walking distance. Staff was very nice and helpful. We got an upgrade on our first night which was a bonus. Thank you

We stayed here for 3 nights, a beautiful boutique style hotel. Location was excellent just a street away from the lake. Everything you need is at your door step. Having travelled through Vietnam, the staff here were the best. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Beautiful skybar, lovely to sit outside in the evenings to watch the happenings down below. We used the pool which was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights, a beautiful boutique style hotel. Location was excellent just a street away from the lake. Everything you need is at your door step. Staff are amazing. Friendly and professional and very helpful. Pool is refreshing and the skybar has amazing views. Breakfast is the best that I’ve had in Hanoi. The only thing that the room is missing is a luggage rack

We had an amazing stay. The hotel is so central for what we wanted to do and the staff particularly Rose who went out of her way to ensure we had a fabulous stay.

super nice location in the middle of the old town. service of the personnel. rental and nice. good bed, quiet at night, however, there is a bit of noise between the rooms and from the corridor, but it was nothing that would make me not book the hotel again, wonderful morhenmad - highly recommended - thank you for a lovely family

The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is the rooms are very old and worn down. I might be able to accept 3 nights due to the great location. However, the carpet of the room smells really bad. The room is also too moisty this makes the air uncomfortable and hard to breathe.
This hotel will definitely not be on my list of hotel choices next time I am in Hanoi unless they have improved the rooms significantly.

All the staffs were very friendly and supportive. Good access for all the famous places. It was a great experience to stay in Hanoi. Thank you for all the support when we started.We had such a great time while staying.

For Old Quarter area the hotel is well maintained with amenities but the customer service needs to improve in terms of communication and being accomodating to guests. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was average.
