I have not stayed at a hostel in years, but this one was immaculate!!! It was like a fantasy hostel with everything you needed for a perfect visit to Montreal! Rooftop patio,bar, laundry room, kitchen, luggage storage,and privacy curtains on every bed. Mr. Nicholas was the star of the show...He gave me a warm friendly greeting,stored my luggage, was very professional, and made sure I had a lower bed.(Foot injury )The only negative thing I was slightly concerned about was the one ensuite for eight people. There were more facilities on the first floor, but when you got to go? Overall, I gave this hostel a ten!!!

The beds are very well designed, providing privacy and comfort. The shelves and hangers next to the bed are very thoughtfully placed. It was one of the most comfortable hostel stays I've ever had.

Love the room.....we were in a one king bedroom and it was perfect. The area around the hotel is a bit sketchy but we had no serious issues. The outdoor
hot tubs were perfect to wind down in and the on site bar was a real bonus.

I was very happy to find this hostel, and stay in a 4 person room. It’s by far the cleanest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. I made friends with my roommates, and there was a good beer selection in the bar downstairs. The rooftop was a great place to chill, although there is not much shade up there.
I left a lower star rating because I didn’t sleep well there. Quiet hours are supposed to be 11-11 i believe, but there were kids screaming and running around the halls well past 12 and at 7 am. I called the desk at night and it seemed to quiet down after that, but it started up in the morning again. I think the staff should be more proactive about enforcing the quiet hours so that a good time could be had by all.
Overall, a good place to stay at a reasonable rate, and i would stay there again.
