The staff was amazing! They let me change rooms after first night as I’m disabled and really needed a grab bar in the restroom not knowing how low the toilets would be.

First the check-in with a very nice informative lady. Sorry did not get her name. I had to go back down to the front desk because I couldn't sign in to WIFI. Josh help me. He wasn't too friendly. Felt like I was bothering him. He fixed the problem without apologizing for their mistake. Within an hour I was advised that I had to move from my room because of a plumbing problem but I would just move next door. I went downstair and Josh "helped" me again. Without apologizing for the inconvenience he wanted to move me 4 floors down. Then a very nice gentlemen (again I didn't get his name) said that he was going to move me next door and apologized for the inconvenience. He also gave me a very generous goody bag for my trouble. Josh should learn how to put on a welcoming face since he is the first impression you get of the hotel. As for the other staff, bartenders, cooking and waiting staff, cleaning staff I can't say enough of good things about them. When I checked out I avoided Josh and waited for another employee to help me check out. I will be back again because I love this hotel and staff (except for Josh). Put a smile on Josh :) if you are going to keep on working at the front desk.

The room was very clean, AC worked excellent we enjoy a cold room, the bed was suoer comfy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

I love the friendly staff eager to help us. The location very close to attractions. The room was amazing as well. We didn’t use the pool but the view it was awesome. Excellent hotel.

Place is well kept. Friendly staff, excellent customer service, free parking, breakfast excellent as well. I will stay here again for sure. When you call customer service in less than 10 mins they at your door. My kids love the pool. We had a great time.

The rooms are nice, and the bed and pillows are perfect for me. Breakfast is excellent. It is the second time staying in the hotel.

Nice to have a 2 room suite, the bedroom is separate from sitting area. New property , very clean. Only issue, there are 3 elevators but only one worked for the 4 nights we were there. One morning for about 10 min, I was needing to go down, none of the elevators worked while they were supposedly working on them. After that, still only one worked for the rest of the time we were there. Should fix them during hours of less traffic and shouldn't be out of service for so long. They do have a great free breakfast and happy hour which was surprising. Parking is free and seems pretty secure with a security vehicle that patrols the parking lot.

We always try to stay at this embassy suites, it is the best one of any we have stayed. You can tell the staff takes pride in their work, as it is always very clean and well maintained
