Overall I would say this is a good place to stay and if you are ok to walk 10 minutes to Masjid Nabwi. They have breakfast as part of the hotel stay and I have to say, their breakfast is one of the best I have had in a hotel. So for a hotel to provide breakfast and good price per night, this is a good bargain. Checkout time was 12:00, but they allowed us to check out at 3:00 without any problems. Very polite and friendly staff. The only think I was not expecting was the security deposit as part of the check-in. The refunded the security deposit when we checked out in the form of cash. Overall not a bad place to stay if you are willing to walk 10 minute to Masjid Nabwi

The property advertised as including 'breakfast' in Ramadan but did not make clear they did not consider it to be suhoor in the description. Other hotels changed breakfast to suhoor time in Ramadan. The hotel clearly mislead its customers stating breakfast was at iftar time between 6- 8 pm. They insisted this was the norm and breakfast is iftar not sohoor even though they had not made this clear. When raised with the staff, they had a very bad attitude and continued to insist that breakfast is iftar during ramadan! They had a dismissive and non-customer friendly manner. Another thing is the iftar time was so short. Iftar time was approx at 6.40pm meanjng those who did iftar at the masjid had a very short window to have the food when they got back. Overall the reception's manner and attitude was poor and needs massive improvement. They don't help with luggage, they are not approachable and have a non-caring approach.

I had a delightful experience during my stay. The overall service was truly exceptional, with particular recognition to Nawaz for his outstanding assistance. Additionally, the cuisine was delightful, and the level of cleanliness maintained was impeccable.

Located about a 20 minute walk from the Prophet's Mosque, this was a very good location for us. The hotel is modern, had great AC, and we had a reasonably spacious room with a clean, modern bathroom. Breakfast was generous, with daily specials including a wide variety of food - catering to multiple nationalities. There was also a small fridge and coffeepot in the room. The front desk attendants were helpful when we wanted to arrange a driver to take us around the city to see the sights and when we wished to extend our stay one day. The area around the hotel also had multiple South Asian food stalls making fresh tandoori naan and other specialties. There was a small grocery for fruit, water, and other basic needs. Also there was a date and nut store selling a wide variety of locally produced dates at a reasonable cost. Really made the location even more desirable with all of these shops so close.

It was not closing properly. from the hotel to the Haram 20 minute walk this hotel does not have ice machine I complain to the management also, this hotel is non-smoking but next to my room guest, they were smoking. I complain to the management, but nobody take action breakfast every another day they have same menu I gave 10 to 5 point this hotel

It’s kept clean and breakfast was actually very good and fresh, one minor concern was the bathroom smelled like old water standing somewhere although it was actually very clean, other than that you get best return for your money

What can I say, I booked this hotel for the start of my very first Umrah, and instantly realised I had made a mistake and booked the same dates that I was staying in Mecca. I didn't want, or ask for, a refund or cancellation, I just wanted to changed the dates to ones I knew were available. I contacted Expedia, and also contacted the hotel via their website, and they blankly refused to respond to either of us. If i had not been able to borrow money to book a different hotel (I wasnt gonna stay here after this), I would not have been able to do my first Umrah trip. I hope Allah judges you accordingly for your greed.

It’s a little further from the main strip towards Prophet’s Mosque. The area where the hotel is located is not a very good area lot of old homes under construction or demolition and streets are not clean. Hotel itself is very nice! Our room was small but very nice and clean and well equipped. Shower door does not close properly leading to water spilling etc
