Great stay again. Large room, good view. Fridge wasn’t working and without fuss it was immediately changed. Some changes since my last visit, better food choices and breakfast, nice lunch & evening menu. I will be back again

Had a nice stay. Short distanse to beach, shopping etc. No bacon for breakfast almost only thing that we missed.

Close proximity to the major shopping centres, bangla road, patong beach and attractions. The hotel was clean however the decor was outdated. The highlights were the pool, gym and sauna - fabulous vista views of the island. The service desk at the pool were luclustre - often times the bar was serviced by a staff member who didn't smile nor looked approachable. The reception desk was unapproachable at best and the staff looked like they have had enough - didn't wish to be there. My first impression when I got checked in wasn't impressive. The hotel has a fair bit of potential - all the best....

This hotel was a perfect base for patong ,a minutes walk from bangla road ,yet quiet of a night ,we had a junior room and it was big and lovely and clean ,staff we great and pool area was nice aswell ,if we had to moan gym could be better

Very close to Patong beach. Staff at checkin were not helpful but different staff at checkout who were good.

Had an amazing holiday at The Gig Hotel, rooms were spacious and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, close to everything, would def recommend to anyone to stay there. Will def stay there again on next holiday.

4th time staying here and regretted it straight away , wrong room given. No electricity, no glasses for drinks, no manager on site and unhelpful staff. Never booking again. Such a shame , it used to be such a good hotel.

The front desk at check out was asleep, then we argued over glass or cup missing in my room.I didn’t know I’m supposed to a full inventory at check in. After having to raise my voice, I finally got my deposit back. No for going back to this hotel

The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful and wonderful. They allow me to use the shower after checking out, and even if I vomit due to food poisoning, they handle it without making a disgusting face. The rooftop pool is also great and good value for money. And best of all, it's clean. However, it is a pity that the lock of the hotel window was broken and could not be closed. Sorry if I misunderstood.

We make a mistake and broke a glass on the slippery bathroom and than must pay the glass.
