We had a very comfortable stay, the bed is super comfy.
Staff were very welcoming and detailed in their explanation to us. The location of the hotel is great as it is very near tourist attractions with eateries and shops nearby.

I recently had an unforgettable stay at San Grand Hotel, and everything exceeded my expectations.
The room was spotless, equipped with modern amenities, and offered a stunning view of the Hoan Kiem Lake. The service was impeccable, with staff who were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, ensuring a comfortable experience.
The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly GM Anise. Her exceptional management skills shone through in every detail. She ensured that everything was perfect, down to the smallest details. GM Anise’s dedication and professionalism were evident as she frequently checked in to make sure all guests were well taken care of. Her warmth made us feel like truly valued guests.

I had the pleasure of staying at San Grand Hotel recently, and I must say, it was a flawless experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is ideal, right in the heart of Hanoi, with easy access to all the main attractions. The rooms are not only beautifully designed but also incredibly comfortable and well-maintained. Every corner of the hotel exudes class and attention to detail. What truly sets San Grand apart, though, is the outstanding service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect in every way.
A special mention must go to GM Anise, whose leadership is evident throughout the hotel. Her professionalism and genuine care for the guests make a huge difference. We have to say thank you Ms. Anise and her team for making our trip unforgettable. The staff were very nice at all our requests, they supported us with all their heart. The food here was absolutely amazing, I love the Bun Cha, very special and local one. The recepcion staff helped us to book Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh tour which is very well-organised.

Great hotel and staffs were so nice. From the first floor at the reception and the rooftop restaurant, every staff was very supportive and gave so much love and help to the guests. Especially Ruby at the reception is amazing! She helped me get around in Vietnam during my stay, even after I checked out! If ever going back to Hanoi, I will definitely stay at this hotel to meet this great receptionist and concierge to know Hanoi more.

The hotel is also located in a prime location so getting last min shopping and finding a restaurant was no problem at all.
